@ I've always preferred their video game counterparts over the Netflix versions. Trevor is suppose to be harsh, yet noble. Plus the dude's a beast in combat. Far better than the Netflix one. Alucard's character made far more sense in the original lore. Something they butchered in the Netflix adaptation. And Isaac. A lot of people like his Netflix ver. more, which makes is the odd ones out. Had they been serious about adapting the Curse Of Darkness story, OG Isaac can work just as well, if not better than the Netflix variation. "Sign" What could've been.

@@blakeswanson1322 Trevor was a powerful warrior and killed Dracula with the Vampire Killer whip, making the Belmonts a respected family after the battle, unlike the show. This had a huge impact for the Belmonts and the lore, as Simon admired him for that and wanted to improve his skills to surpass him, in Curse of Darkness he's already called ''legendary'' for his deeds some years later. In the animated series only Alucard is capable to give Dracula a battle, and Trevor only makes the fool punching Dracula in the face without any effect, when he originally has super human strength. As you can see in this video, he's really different from the Netflix series, a fearsome warrior, not the drunk depressed wisecracking asshole.

Its more simple though, basically isaac end carmilla grand plan before it was started, hector and him make a peace. Alucard build village refugee for the nearby town and meet his kove greta Trevor defeat death and settle with sypha in alucard village coz she pregnant

Even if from your perspective there was barley any story, it was a story nonetheless with voice work and care for the characters. I have been a Demon Castle Dracula fan for 20+ Years, and at first I forgave some changes with how Characters are written, but then it became one of Netflix’s attempts at butchering source material again.

Because the Netflix show and its sequel think that edgy behavior is cool.

Not every character needs to be a Conan the Barbarian/He-Man type, and it's obvious that Hector's arc won't end this low. It's in reference to Grant, Sypha, and Alucard. Castlevania likes to take a party of 4 people and really stretch out the definition of "many".

Zeeshan Pal That was because the whip was absorbing the powers. It doesn’t happen immediately, but it takes a few hours or minutes since it was just combined. All I’m saying is that it’s weird for the whip becoming a green-ish color when it’s fighting a normal human being.

Maybe it's a way for people to see the whip attacks. Does anyone would be able to see it with little to no light and fast movement?

It is for you the player to be able to dodge it, when you can use Trevor that never happens.

Yep. As the other commennt says, it's done that way so you can dodge his attacks and the fact that they are fighting in a dark chamber.

That whip should’ve been glowing as it was here, during Trevor mode. Sadly, it wasn’t. Do any one of you vampire hunters remember Rhinehardt Schneider’s character in Legacy of Darkness???? Do you all remember his whip???? It actually glowed when it was powered up; and on a more inferior game system; the N64. This here is the PlayStation 2 and Xbox we’re talking about here.

Knowing the Netflix series, unfortunately, if this happens Trevor will tear through Hector like wet toilet paper. At least here, despite being far from full power and barely starting to regain his Devil Forgemaster powers, Hector put up somewhat of a fight. And he actually had the back bone to demand answers from the dude who just kicked his ass.

There were some stuff I didn't like, wish Hector did more for the finale of the season. Maybe the swearing in every sentence was getting old like the character taking bite at each other were becoming dull and some characters were kinda forced.... But hey, better than three.

That's because is only one whip, the Vampire killer can change forms, the Netflix series mess up the Vampire killer for no reason.

Because games' Trevor only needs the legendary Vampire Killer to have the job done. The show's writer does not know anything about the lore and the importance of the whip in the games, hence why he thought that Trevor had to use two.
