Holy hell, I never knew someone made an April Fools prank for Dawn of Sorrow. 11 Years later, I can confirm that the piano is just a prop! Nothing else! Unused Dialogue does suggest that you would be able to play music for secret items though... A bit of merit in such a prank!
I probebly don't want to imagine how pissed off people were how failed to perfect this. Look at the date when this was uploaded then you'll understand why.

I remember trying this lol I only had like 2 games (including this one of course) for the DS back then and played the hell out of those. I always tried to search for secrets and found this video. Was pretty dissapointed because I thought I had to do something else :(
I wish this secret were real. The two changed soundtracks are "Dance of Gold" and "Abandoned Pit", from Symphony of the Night. Has anyone tried to reset data with the second experiment?
I collected every soul for the chaos ring is AoS and I will NOT EVER DO THAT SHIT AGAIN! It wasn’t even fun I was just so obsessed and ended up spending hours running in and out of rooms for one soul.
@123123s3 You get the double jump after fighting the Great Armour, if you use the Flying Armour soul and the double jump, you can skip the Big Golem and Headhunter boss fights. You also skip your first meeting with Julius Belmondo by doing this. It depends on how a person plays, there are more Curlys in the same room as a time and they do have lower health, but I'm one of the people who does find them harder to kill than Manticores. Farming for souls does depend on difficulty.
@aqwrocks You'll need to collect a lot of souls to get it: Claymore + Warg Falchion + Great Armor Great Sword + Valkyrie Durandal + Lilith Dainslef + Draghignazzo Ascalon + Gergoth Balmung + Final Sword Final Sword + Alastor= Claimh Solais

@123123s3 Manticore, Curly or Devil and Undine. You can get a Curly soul at the same time as you have to get the Undine Soul, but the easiest one to get is probably the Manticore Soul, it's easier to kill and you can save before fighting it as the second boss. You also get a powerful early soul.
@Threadnaught how in gods name do you skip the gaint golem? you NEED the double jump and i still say curly and i am not in the mood for a nerd fight ok> just drop it
@123123s3 I still say Manticore, you can easily kite the boss and jump the fireball. Curlys are mostly fought on stairs and as soon as you hit them they'll always chase you, depending on what weapons you have, you'll barely be able to hit them before they can hit you, unless you have good timing, or can kill them in one hit They're even harder if you accidentally skip the 4th boss, which is very easy to do.
This is spot on. Whenever I played this game, I'd wish I was playing symphony instead. For real though, my expectations were pretty high going into this game. Especially since Aria was such a great game. The game was way too big for the GBA so naturally you'd think they'd go even bigger with the sequel. "Not Dracula's castle" has got to be the most uninteresting location in the series. And as if that weren't enough, the level design is actual garbage. It is by no means a bad game but it just failed to live up to previously set standards.

utterly impossible. Not only can the DS not play music at the SotN CD quality (which this is playing at), but the music would have been found in the games data files. Nice try, but no cigar.

Pues por si no lo sabia y quizás tenga relación aunque lo ignoro si ponene en el buscador de google Piano ESPRESSIVO (pues piano por el piano XD, y ESPRESSIVO por las letras del fondo) encontraran la música de una chica llamada Asuka Matsumoto no se si el juego se haya realizado en japón y tenga alguna relación espero que mi aporte les ayude a resolver el misterio
