"My name is Julius Belmont. The year is 1999. Dracula was predicted to return this year and I will be the one to stop him. Belmonts of the Past, grant me strength and guide me to victory!" - Young Julius Belmont
I love to see Castlevania's legacy upheld, honored and quite frankly completed by the community. We could be very different people, but this series brings us together.
I like that Burning Purpose feels like a sorta reigned in version of Julius' theme. It fits as being his "original" theme song, like the starting point that eventually continued into the "WE'RE HERE TO THROW DOWN" mix we hear in Aria.
What is a fan game? A miserable pile of hopes and dreams coming together as a beautiful tribute to a series with fans hungry for more! This preview has me anticipating even a partial release. Your musical works are always a blessing upon the ears. The various callbacks to other themes throughout the series are apparent to anyone with a favored track or three out of the series.
I can’t WAIT to hear Divine Bloodlines seeing the modern day city burning, with events such as the helicopter crashing into the side of that one building! Literally the most Castlevania feeling fan game we’ve got in ages. I love it!!
I wish the best of lucks to this team in all their future endeavours, this is the Castlevania story that all the fans were hoping to get, the 1999 war against Dracula, I hope a total success with this project...
I saw the trailer and Nutted, THIS is what I've wanted for like years now, despite it being Castlevania it has a bloodstained cotm style of polish the old games were missing since they're old. I love everything about this
The quality of this... it’s beautiful. The Divine Bloodlines and Don’t Wait Until Night remakes here are instantly already some of my favourite CV remixes out there. I love how so many different tracks and games get referenced and acknowledged here - admirable and wonderful work.
It is projects like this one that deserve all the respect and glory that Konami has lost long ago. My hat to you! What a wonderful age to have more Castlevania from the fans!
Love the little mash ups of riffs from classic tracks. That little sample of Battle of the Holy mixed with that Feline Festival track put a huge smile on my face
good to see you have not faltered even slightly over the years, big fan of duel on the deck and anxious vessel (and of course, including the yasui solo in bloodlines is a power move)
@@Dracula9AntiChapel yeah, i can slightly tell at times (eg; bass notes in anxious vessel's intro go too low and also sounds kinda off in a way i can't quite pinpoint) but it fucks hard and isn't obnoxious so i don't care
@@funnytoothpasteman vessel MIGHT be that i've got one of the pulse channels duped on those notes with a slightly varying waveform and the rest of the intro that isn't bass has a fadein
I loved to see that you’re using your old remix of Bloodlines! That one is as smooth as butter. And that remix of “Don’t Wait Until Night…” Beautiful. I love it so much! And the Vampire Killer entrance from the X68000 version, even cooler!
Just seen that trailer of the CastleVania: Seal of the Eclipse fan game & I'm amazed of the graphics, music and gameplay. If this was released officially by a different company, I'd get this game on the Switch, Loved the remixed music plus some 8-bit versions of a couple tracks from CastleVania: Umbra of Sorrow OST. This was an experience to see & hopefully the fan game will be finished plus the soundtrack as well. Speaking of that, Once the entire CastleVania: Seal of the Eclipse OST is finished, I'm planning on remixing the CastleVania: Seal of the Eclipse OST in the future. Again, Hopefully to see this project finished very soon 😊.
I'm more than glad to hear songs like Divine Bloodlines and Beginning being remixed wonderfully, but I'm moreso happy about hearing that Dead Beat/Anxiety remix, they're underrated af songs and I'm glad you're giving 'em some well deserved attention. Also I love that X68000 Vampire Killer beginning on Demon Castle Entrance, It's beautifully done.
This might be... the best renditions of Divine Bloodlines and Heart of Fire. I have never been more excited for a game in my entire life. Godspeed my fellow vampire hunters. I hope this game sees the light of day.
@@Dracula9AntiChapel First you expand the Megaman X3 Intro Stage... then you up the ante with Divine Bloodlines and youre telling me THATS not the full version of Heart of Fire? Are you Santa Claus...
I have no other word other than… man, this sounds like an official 8 bit style game, kind of like Curse of the Moon, with this leaning more towards Akumajõ Densetsu OST
12:08 The last of his bloodline on the dawn of the apocalypse, the final Belmont grips the whip of legend - Vampire Killer, used throughout the ages, bearing the soul and blood of memory, looks ahead with fiery resolve and begins to vanquish these foul streets of ungodly evil...
The bass in that drum sample for heart of fire! The remake of Dracula X's theme. This whole soundtrack is amazing! Konami could learn a thing or two. The things I'm hearing in this that put the early GBA titles to shame. Clearly someone on the team knows how to use trackers to their full potential.
finally, someone does beginning in a way that still holds true to the OG song. I have no idea why Konami decided to make it swing and then stick with that for its entire lifespan when it does not fit at all
You know what's missing in the ost, this game rendition of Heart Of Fire. I could see it now, players facing Dracula head on while Julius theme plays in the background. 🎶✨
Late to the party but: Thank you for showing. Castlevania Chronicles/X86000 Some love! "Old Friends, New Tricks" is probably my favorite mix, personally! Great work across the board though!
If this could've been a Sonic Mania situation- Konami releasing your game...... it'd make me so warm inside honestly. This is exactly wut I pictured from a 1999 game- Julius, Yoko and Alucard filling CV3 roles and ending Dracula. Graphics and music..... honestly looks and sounds better than the Curse of the Moon games in ways. You're nailing it outta the park
Fellas I got a fever and the only prescription is more Belmonts hopefully you will be done with this original homebrew project since Konami isn’t making any effort to release a good Castlevania Game any time soon I’m truly looking forward to to the vampire wars of 1999
The music sounds like the japanese version of Castlevania 3 which used the special sound chip. The gameplay looks like a NES CV game in steroids...and that is nothing short of amazing.
congratulations, this is amazing, I'll turn it down; I wish you all the best with this amazing game, you had to work for Konami, your works are amazing and well done
