Whoever in chat said Frankenstein's monster was named Prometheus, is incorrect. The monster has no name. A secondary title for the book was "The Modern Prometheus", because Dr. Frankenstein created life from parts like Prometheus created man from Clay.

Sounds like Jonathan, and doesn't that Zacchino enemy in the first portrait propose to the OAA like with Charlotte? And that Egyptian boss' charm attack doesn't affect the OAA as well.
