I also meant to say I used it on a spot on my arm that would not heal and that spot is so much better. I thought it might be a basal cancer or something, but it healed so well, I didnt need to get it checked out. That's what sold me.
I've heard Casrtol Oil can cure cancer and tumor, especially breast. Put it in a castrol patch and keep iit on, it may take a few months or more, but Barbara ONeil, has a video on it. She is a great doctor. You can find her on RU-vid

I loved the Week in the Life of a 🍑! Watch it! Castor oil is great. It definitely thickened my hairline with consistent use over a 3 month period. I continue to use it for maintenance . I’ve added it to my skin routine since becoming a 🍑 and it feels wonderful. I use it every night. I watched your day in a life video and I thought it was very informative and I was very entertained by it. I liked how you went to bed and showed us all the things you did prior to going to bed. It does remind me of myself very much. And people need to see these routines. Consistency is the key to success. Please be patient as well with your numbers and people following. I was raised way out of the box. LOL I prefer ladies, people in general for that matter, that are secure with the natural gifts that they were given. I suppose that was one of the reasons that old gypsy lady nicknamed me nature boy when I was knee-high to a grasshopper 😂. The same with health and healing. Hi Lisa!🧡 Since using castor oil on my eyelids, under my eyes, (also on my lashes and eyebrows), I've found I don't need to use eyedrops everyday. I wear glasses and my eyes were very dry. I'd use eyedrops first thing in the morning and at night for sure. And oftentimes during the day. Now, I seldom have the need. It is pretty amazing stuff! Hi Lisa 😊 thank you for your new video. Actually, I found your channel when researching castor oil a couple of weeks ago. It really is an amazing and totally underrated oil. To make it easier to use on the whole body I melt together equal parts coconut and castor oil. This makes a wonderful “body butter”. At least in my colder climate it’s a cream consistency 😂 I also use it to make a sugar scrub for the shower. I use one cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup castor oil. I love the pure Fiji scrub but it’s too expensive for me. So it’s great for making DIY scrub and I play around with different essential oils. Best wishes from Norway 🍑🌸☺️
Christin🍑 Good morning I love this idea. I don’t typically like you diluting the castor oil, however if this works for you that great! Don’t put coconut oil on your face because in it’s natural state it is very thick and will clog pores that are really hair follicles. Thank you for sharing. We hope to visit Norway soon. I just saw your video for the first time and I couldn’t believe you say you were 58 that’s the way I would love to look I am 45 and I feel like my whole skin needs a redo after having kids. It seems like they took all the shininess for me, I have started trying oil I started Castro oil about three months ago. I haven’t seen any difference in my skin, but I’m not gonna give up the one thing that I have seen. I'm glad you mentioned hair. I don't have thinning hair but it seems like a lot falls out in the shower and on the door when I am doing my hair. This is normal? Will castor oil prevent so much from falling out?
It really can be normal. I am not a doctor so you can certainly have your thyroid checked or do some blood work. My girlfriends and I, my daughter, all lose a lot of hair when we wash it or condition it. I have thousands of clients who use castor oil in their hair as well on the scalp. I learned so much from your other castor oil videos and purchased both the clear and Jamaican varieties (the actual brands you mentioned) per your rec. a while back. Kelly🧡 Your comment made me tear up a little thank you so much for what you said at the end ❤️ As for the Milia, the line area is an area that creates Milia very easily. If you are able to around your fingers or use a Q-tip and delicately try to see if you can get it out. Don’t find the castor oil is the cause but I think it purges things out at times. Think about our mascara or our eyeliner although I use very good brands, I do at times feel they can cause a clogged pore. Hi. It was very clear where and when you use/d clear and black castor oil in this and other videos however it was not clear to me what “Properties” of each help you make those decisions. Wendy🍑 I have mentioned that in the other castor oil videos🤔however think of clear as the caster bean being cold pressed and not roasted. Think of Jamaican black castor oil as the castor bean is roasted and that is the strong smell. Clear for me is what grows hair, beautifully eyelashes and eyebrows. One question, I'm almost 67 this sumer and have horrible facial stubs on my chin. Will this make my facial hair come in more? My gray hair has gotten so thin I want to use more consistent but how does it not make my chin hair worse? Hi Lisa. I’m new in your Chanel & I like all your advices on skincare, thank you 🙏 I want to tell my testimony about castor oil. Apart for the face I want to say what I'm seeing on my health! I started using it 7 months ago. Every evening I put 2 drops on the navel, I also put a little in the belly and also towards the uterus, the next day as soon as I wake up I go to the bathroom without any difficulty (before I suffered from constipation, not anymore). I have been suffering from hemorrhoids, since I drink a teaspoon of castor oil maybe every 2-3 weeks or less, but I also put it on the outside hemorrhoids, little by little they are disappearing. it also helped me with my period, which had become irregular and painful (I started pre menopause, I’m 44years). I also put it inside of my eyes ,1 drop for each eye but not without interrupting for example from 7 to 10 days a month at the beginning now every 2/3 months, my vision has improved a lot I no longer use glasses (when I visit the ophthalmologist next autumn I will be able to say more). But I put it every night everywhere on my face , neck and chest like a normal cream. I also do castor oil pads, on the kidneys, liver, lower back. Ah it also helped me with brain fog that had started a few years ago. A piece of advice, if you do it regularly in all the places I listed, perhaps at the beginning you will feel a little disconcerted or weird the next morning or maybe you feel a little more tired than usual, don't worry it is the body that is expelling toxins. If you are afraid, start it slowly, maybe not every evening. This is my personal testimony since I started this oil which I had read from testimonials when I was doing research and I decided to give a try. I am neither a doctor nor do I sell anything, I just do research personally for me and my family because I don't like medicines, that's all. Peace and love for all 🙋♀️

I believe in exfoliating the body every time you bathe with a body brush and you want to always add a sugar oil, scrub, and an oil because the body is loving Organ you will see changes. Hi, I found this video to be very informative and helpful - thank you! I agree that high-quality ingredients are key ( organic, hexane-free, etc ) - however, it seems like there isn't much regulation over products on the market. For example, there are products that I've come across that mention "organic" with no certification label whatsoever on the product. Do you have any advice on how once could discern the 'true' quality products? Thanks!

Hi Lisa I just wanted to let you know about a very beneficial and unexpected effect I have had with the castor oil which could help others. For a while I have had the very beginnings of blepharitis which is like tiny bit of 'dandruff ' at the base of the lashes which if unresolved can lead to redness and lashes falling out. Since applying the castor oil to the very tips of my lashes at night the issue seems to have gone away I'm guessing it is reduced oils that cause the issue and the castor oil must reach the root of the lashes enough overnight to give moisture. I love the smell of the Black Jamaican Castor Oil! Have you heard of Queen of Thrones? I just bought some to try. I put it on every night, my legs are still horrendously dry n the morning and through out the day. I do use the sugar scrubs you recommend, is there anything else I could do? Oh and I gob the castor oil on my eyes!!! I love it! It's hard to read at night, but I just love it!

You will come to find that I will never recommend anything that will harm your skin in anyway. It’s all about the skin care that you use before and after using castor oil castor oil should be frosting on the cake as far as hyaluronic acid you can use it with they do different things however be sure the hyaluronic acid you’re using is exceptional. I have heard you mention pedicures a few times. Should we not get professional pedicures or if we do, what should we say to the person doing the pedicure so that our skin isn't worse after?
Honestly, I just recommend not having them put the acids on the bottom of your heels. It will actually create more thickness and more callous. Nancy🍑 Good morning I actually prefer that you do not mix Castro oil because it can essentially dilute it . I love the consistency of castor oil, because you know it is going to stay on and absorb. With that said, perhaps use less or if you do want to add it to your favorite oil keep me posted on the results. Chris🍑 I think it’s fine depending on the type of vitamin C. Most vitamin C’s are already oxidized before you get them and can actually cause more damage. Vitamin C, is one of the hardest products to manufacture. An example would be that we add gold to our vitamin C to keep it from oxidizing. It is also very important that you wear a wide brim hat whenever you go outside. With regards to sunscreen ,I only believe in physical sunscreen . I hope this helped Chris? 🧡🙌🏻🍑Lisa

Hi Lisa~ I so enjoy your videos about castor oil. I’ve been using it religiously for 3 weeks now. I’m definitely seeing a difference in my eyes and face. I lost a lot of weight (to bring my A1C down) and lost all tone in my arms and legs. I know it will take a long time to improve the crepey skin, but I’m hoping it will! I’m 63 and have been on a journey to improve my skin as I age. So far my skin has improved but want more. I’m new to castor oil. I use it all over but have found my eyes get inflamed if I apply it too close to my eyes but, I have a question if anyone can help me. Do I use the castor oil daily on my body or can I apply it 2-3X a week? I find when I apply it, I can still feel it on my skin 2 days later. Thank you in advance for anyone who can answer this.

Also, sorry I’m writing this as I’m watching and I just keep having these questions BUT I tried to put some of the clear on my scalp and I find it so tricky! How do I apply and rub directly to scalp? I feel like it’s all over my hair first vs directly on my scalp. And also how do you apply it all over the scalp vs just in one area or strip ?
Castor oil is sticky and it makes it adhere to your skin better. Your skin is an oil loving organ and when it’s wet, you have about 40 seconds or less to lock in the oil and that is why I put oil on in the shower. I don’t worry about it getting on my towels🍑🙌🏻

Just found your channel. I heard castor oil in good for eczema. I have suffered with eczema on my hands for decades and don’t want to use steroids anymore. What are your thoughts and which castor oil would you suggest?

I have been using Heritage castor oil on my face for a couple of months now and feel it is really helping plump my skin. I’m curious about putting it in my scalp. I have been having issues with thinning hair for several years now. I’m on thyroid meds and menopausal. I use Vegamour on my scalp but not sure it’s helping more than 9 months into using it. I would say to just apply it to that cyst in that area directly to the scalp and it shouldn’t affect the rest of your hair. Just use a tiny amount. Consistency is key. I actually prefer that you use it after your moisturizer, I have clients use it over their eyes and under their eyes at night, and you can also wear it to bed overnight. @@snlyon0614 Hello🧡 Miracle Mask goes on clean exfoliated and polished skin anytime you want to mask for at least 20 minutes then rinse and apply acv & PH toners and so on. Serums do not need to go on while using LED. I actually prefer to use mine in the morning when I wake up after cleansing. I prefer you wait a few weeks before using your tretinoin. I don’t know if you got ageless night serum, but that is an encapsulated retinol and easier for your skin to drink in and create change. however, you can start using tretinoin when you feel that your skin is looking good .
