My great grandmother taught me to put oil in my belly button since I was young girl. She used to say that it was our main source of nourishment and whatever we put in there travels through our whole body. I've been putting olive oil forever and I don't clean it up, it washes off when I bathe, I suppose...Both my great grandmother as well as my grandma lived past 100. My mom is 86 and I'm 62...😊 you judge
I’d much rather that than all this man made synthetic medicine that’s toxic and years later there’s a commercial saying if you or a loved one used this product in the pass you could be entitled to compensation or it’s causing cancer, memory loss, and other damages. God left herbs of all kind for our healing. Now there’s so many man made meds you can’t keep up. With all these crazy names all to test on humans while filling the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies, I’ll try the natural way any day
As a nurse, just know the medical field is geared towards pushing pharmaceuticals. Most doctors aren't trained/taught to prescribed natural remedies, that would hurt big pharm.
Dr. Jen. I have had insomnia for many years. I read about Navel Oiling 2 days ago for the first time. I already had a bottle of it that I put on my face at night. I tried it last night & I am So excited because I slept peacefully last night. I feel so refreshed! Minutes after applying it I was Yawning! I also have sciatica pain for many years. I woke up with No pain!! I can't believe this Really happened! Anyone who has insomnia should try this. I didn't wash it off. I left it on all night! Also I read if you apply on you eyelid I can improve your sight. I have Glacoma in my left eye & have been putting eye drops in twice a day, a prescription from my doctor to slow down the problem. I put it on my eye lids last night & will continue to do this every night. I am So excited I tried Navel Oiling!! I had to share it with you!!
PLEASE UPDATE US ON USING IT AS YOU HAVE, EVERY SO OFTEN. LIKE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I WILL LOVE TO KNOW HOW IT HAS IMPROVED YOUR EYE SIGHT, ETC.. GOD BLESS YOU IN YOUR HEALTH & THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCES. 🙏🏾❤️
I used castor oil on my hair and scalp years ago. So many people asked how I got the shine & I was a little shy about it, but shared. I'm female, African American, going thru perimenopause which my Dr never told me about. My cycles are sporadic. When I used castor oil in my naval, my cycle started & I also believe that it cleansed in a great way. I saw some things that raised my eyebrows but I also expected from what I read. Like others my grandmother gave us castor oil when we were young. She said it cleaned you out and got rid of worms. She was 94 when she passed away and always believed in natural remedies.
What kind of castor oil? My mom use it for constipation. It worked. I don't know the brand name of it. Do anyone know what the brand name of the best castor oil to use?
Right - I’ve been using castor oil packs off & on for years over my liver. My liver will start to ache within minutes, and then I’ll sleep VERY deeply. The skin ABSORBS things - It’s being acted as if the castor oil isn’t going past the epidermis.
I have been dealing with increasing constipation problems for years. I started using castor oil in the belly button and belly a few weeks ago. Within 3 days I started having daily bowel movements. They look normal. No medication or bowel movement tea needed right now. I don't warm the castor oil. I put some on my finger and place in the belly button and rub on my belly. A friend mentioned it's just the act of massaging the stomach, but the massage is only about ten seconds. However, I think the castor oil is working for me. I'm having normal bowel movements again after years of constipation issues.
Castor oil soaks into the bloodstream very efficiently. I use it mixed with oregano and put it on my stomach when needed. It helps relax the body, and it helps digestion and bloating to some degree. The reduction of bloating can assist in weight loss. In my African culture, herbal medicine is much more common or at least more widely accepted than in the US from my point of view. Thanks for the video, Dr!
The difference in putting oil in your belly button and on your skin anywhere else is the simple fact that your belly button serves as a bowl shaped area that holds the oil in that fashion, creating more oil in one spot to absorb, and I’ve been using it and have literally felt the difference in my gut. I could have probably covered my belly with pads soaks with it but since the belly button holds more in one spot, that’s the method I use. Also, our liver was designed to get rid of toxins, however, our liver was not made with the level of toxins in mind that we deal with today in our lives, with all the horrible ingredients that we consume, extra help to detoxify our bodies is necessary if we eat a lot of processed foods which most do.

I wish I could give you a billion likes. As someone with major health issues. I have tried over 30 meds and nothing has ever helped apart from severe side effects. I have now finally turned to Mother Nature using Lavender, now just tried Castor oil and am already seeing a huge difference. Wish I knew this 9 yrs ago.

Barbara O’Neil is a known person for Castrol benefits, it heals, for sure, been using it in my belly button and liver cleansing, dark spots. Drs. don’t have much knowledge on natural remedies
@@skinnydee1886 you get the Castro pack, also purchase the organic castrol, apply 2 TBLS on the pack , place it on the right side under your rib overnight or during the day, at least 3 times a week,
@@skinnydee1886 Be sure to check out Barbara O'Neill on youtube for how to apply castor oil packs. It is fairly easy. You need a clean 100% flannel cloth soaked in castor oil (not dripping), plastic like saran/food wrap to keep the oil from staining and something to keep it in place, adhesive. Your liver is located on right side just beneath your rib cage. God bless you too!
I am of Afro-Caribbean Congolese/African descent I was raised on Castor oil remedies for detoxification and joint relief and for inflammation in the body. I remember my elders using it for these ailments. As an adult, I decided to research it for myself, and I discovered that Edgar Casey used it for the same purpose. When I began having arthritic pain in my spine from a back injury, I began using warm compresses with warmed-up Castor oil, on my lower back. It helped with the inflammation and back spasms. Castor oil is useful and holds many nutrients, still being researched. Thank you for sharing this video Dr Jen.
I just did it and I can say my digestion system feels so relaxed and am now feeling more relaxed. Wow. I have digestion issues so I’ll definitely keep doing it, it’s doing something!
I started using castor oil topically because of a bout with a colitis flare up. I put it in my belly button and rubbed it on my abdomen and the next day the inflammation was gone the pain was gone. I use it on my knee when it's bothering me and the next day it's better, it helps me sleep like a baby. There are so many benefits from using castor oil topically. Now I give bottles to everyone.
We have so many nerves that are just beneath our belly button. Castor oil is said to stimulate these nerves that coincide with other organs of your body. Myself I have not seen any weight loss but I’ve had the most solid sleep when I do. Placebo or not…it’s a win win for me :)
Ive been using Caster Oil twice a day ( Morning and Evening ) for about 3 weeks no😮😮w on a Thickened Toe Nail that was becoming hard to trim - 2 days ago I soajed my feet and I could Not Believe how Easy it was to trim - 😊 the Nail had become much softer and Cleaner looking . Yes, I use it for swelling by rubbing it on, I use it on my belly and it does help with BM, put it on my eye lids at night and it’s helped with dryness after having double eye transplants, my daughter said it’s really helped her skin, and it also helps with pain. It’s much like a miracle worker
@@LG-universe yes, had both cornea transplants coming up on a year now in Dec for first one January for second one. You’re like most think it’s the eye ball itself. We live and we learn

Ayurvedic practices have been here long before big pharma. Castor oil has been used my many, many, many cultures for years. Try it people. It works!!! 🤩🤩🤩
Castor Oil is fantastic for mosquito and spider bites. I'm extremely allergic to both and the bites can get to the point where antibiotics are necessary. I tried castor oil this past summer on both kinds of bites and within a day, the bites were less inflamed. Within 2 days, they were obviously healing. I had no need for antibiotics or special prescribed cream. Castor oil from here on out for me.
Yes, I used to go down to the creek early, and those sand flies would get me. I used everything, even stockings. I ended up rubbing baby oil on my legs, and that did the trick. They can't suck on with oil.
My mother used to rub olive oil with a little bit of baking soda on our stomach when i was a little kid and had stomach aches. It works great. It Also works on babies when they have colic and wont stop crying because of the colic pain. It works really fast and makes the pain go away .
To say the belly button is closed off skin doesnt mean it wont get into your blood stream, i suffer from fibroid abdominal pain n its worse when my cycle comes on esp my cramps, i recently started using castor oil n my cycle came on, lets just say this time around its a breeze thank God 😊
I wish I had known this about 15 years ago. I had terrible pain from fibroids. I ended up with a hysterectomy because of the complications that caused. Glad it’s helping you ! 😊
@dopekissis, did it help with fibroids like shrinkage? I applied on my belly yesterday night for the first time and it instead acted as laxative 😢 all meals have taken from yester night moves out within 30 minutes and im afraid to use it again though i really need it for my fibroids
I read that if your body is low on copper you can get hemorrhoids as well as other problems with your veins and arteries. Amazon sells copper supplements mainly mixed with zinc. just an fyi, you already may know this.
I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago. I've had irregular cycles for years. Lately my periods were lasting 2/3days when ever they came. I rubbed castor oil in my belly on 31st October and 2nd Nov my period started, with cramps which I had never had for past two years. I feel like it's a normal period for the first time is years
This is the comment I was searching for. Thank you. I’m laying down with the castor oil sitting in my navel now, I haven’t seen my period in over a year. I’m just 40. I refuse to accept peri menopause
My grandma and mum-in-law used to ask me to put coconut oil mixed with a few drops of water on my my son’s belly button (when he was just a kid) and rub it in a circular motion which invariably helped him to get rid of bloating or indigestion. This is a normal practice I’ve grown with in my Indian/Bengali culture… just wanted to share as you’re so good at explaining the benefits or usage of castor oil❤❤❤ and now I’ve tried castor oil wrap on my belly, thighs and legs as they’re really huge, I have very bad arthritis in my knees, and honestly, it’s helping me with detoxifying and also reducing weight… so I’m gonna keep this up for sure 🤘💃
I put castor oil on my scalp about once a week before the day I wash it and it gets to the point where I need to take a break because it’s makes my hair grow like crazy! I recently saw you can put it in your belly button to help with digestive issues or weight loss so I’m going to start doing that, let’s see how it goes. Thanks for the information 😊
We absorb nutrients through the bellybutton, it’s it’s original purpose to absorb nutrients from our mothers. Castor oil packs can help heal the organs
As a child, my mother used castor oil to remove warts. It worked like a charm. If one of us kids had a wart, she put castor oil on the wart and covered it with a bandage. That was done every day and in a short time, like 10 days or less, the wart was gone. I have heard there is some evidence that rubbing castor oil on an arthritic joint like your knee can help with inflammation. I think I saw that on WebMD. Will have to double check that.
@@DrJenCaudlewhy do you sound so sterile and removed. I’m an RN of 19 years in acute care and all of everything outside of ED care et OR is bs. Your response reminds me of the bs
Hello Dr Jen, thanks for the info, I can attest that Castor Oil does help with BONE SPURs. I have a large one on my left knee, it protrudes about an inch, No joke. I went to have my knee drained of fluid, after an XRAY, which the DR suggested before moving forward, thankfully. He discovered it was a large bone spur. I had extreme pain from it. Anyone who had spurs, or Fluid on the knee knows this. I began using Castor oil at night before bed and morning after waking, and within a week I noticed a huge difference. After 2-3 weeks I was pain-free. I'm using it on other aches and pains and see remarkable changes.
The belly button is a closed space; however, I can tell you-anecdotally, of course, since you’re a doctor-it absolutely has had an effect on my sluggish digestive system. I put it in my BB with my finger and leave it there over night. Shower in the morning… I also use it on my eyebrows and eyelashes. It is making a difference. I also put the CO on my eyelids. I am seeing a difference in my vision. I have a dark spot on my cheek that I also use it on. It is getting lighter….. I haven’t seen any difference in weight. I have tried it in my hair, but bc the oil is sooooo thick, and bc I have fine hair, it is very difficult to get out of my hair. I need to find the right mix between the CO and a “carrier oil” so it will be easier to wash out of my hair. I use Jamaican black CO in an amber glass bottle.
In India oils are used on kid's belly buttons to help chapped lips, castor oil is used for constipation. Soaps are also made from the buds. Ayurveda is great I wish I knew what I know today I wouldn't have started popping pills in my mouth for diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid etc.
If you're from the "old school", we had pure castor oil." There wasn't any Hexane Free or cold press. We used this for multiple reasons and living pass '70, 80, 90' and some are 100 years of age. So I don't buy that you have to get "cold press OR Hexane free."
Because our bodies can get toxic from heavy metals in regular castor oil. Why would you say that. Hexane free organic pure is great. Our bodies absorb the oil and you don’t want toxins or plastics absorbed.
The point to putting any oil or herbal tincture in the belly button is due to the fact that there are huge amounts of nerves that are near the surface. This was the beautiful connection between your Mother and your baby self, and carried life force back and forth
Ok so my opinion on this is that, she is a medical dr, and typically they are not going to support natural remedies. Big pharma doesn’t pay dr’s the big bucks if they tell their patients , “ Hey, you know what really helps with inflammation? Castor oil!” Yeah, no it’s not going to happen. So, as for me, I would never ask a medical dr questions about natural supplements. They want to prescribe you Lipitor or Xanax, metformin, those harmful medications that make us even more sick.
Thank you❤ tried in belly button for first time last night. I just put 4 drops with a dropper inside, added a tissue on top, then hot water bottle instead of warming the castor oil. I also used a 'glass roller' filled with castor oil onto eyelids and between eyes (liver point) It feels amazing this morning after a finally great sleep. I shall cintinue for sure. (I do recall that i used to do 'liver packs' years ago.)
I had a friend who gave me a bottle of Cod liver oil during my first pregnancy. I actually took that stuff every day after recieving it. A huge tinted glass bottle that I kept in the fridge. Drank it like a shot mixed with juice. My daughter is beyond healthy!!! She busted out of my body ready to take on the world!!LOL. it was horrible to take down though. Dang!!! I couldn't stomach it so much with my second daughter, who is healthy, but calm and settled. I'm new to Castor oil and absolutely adore it. I've been using coconut oil for years, but rely mostly on sweet almond oil. All of them, gifts from our creator, imho!
MY DAUGHTERS HAVE USED CASTOR OIL IN THE BELLY BUTTON FOR IRREGULAR PERIODS. IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS THEY BOTH STARTED NOTICING A DIFFERENCE. BOTH ARE GETTING OUT THE OLD BLOOD THEIR UTERUS’ & THE BLOOD IS NOW BECOMING BRIGHTER, LIKE FRESH BLOOD, INSTEAD OF DARK WITH CLOTS. I USE IT ON MY SWOLLEN DRY LEGS & IT HELPS THE OVERALL HEALTH OF BOTH LEGS. 😊
I've been putting castor oil on my knees for the last couple of months. I have bone on bone and horrible knee pain. It has made a world of difference in my knees!! I also have a cist on my leg I've been putting it on and it is shrinking the cist.❤ I also put it on my face every night!! I'm going to try putting it in my belly button tonight. This stuff is amazing and so healing. I watch another video she said she had a callous on her toe for 15 years she put it on a bandaid and put it on her toe and in just a few days it was almost gone.
@@rosalynmartin519 Good, I've been doing it for 3 months now every day. I sleep better, and it is amazing. If you have any digestion issues or stomach pain, it will take the pain away within 10 minutes or less by puttingit in your belly button. I also have mixed it with ginger essential oil to help with weight loss. I'm curious to see if it helps any. I'm just starting that tonight! I think castor oil has changed my life definitely for the better especially my knees I put it on every night!
This is what Jamaican women used after having babies for weight loss. I used to use it for menstrual cramps, also it was used on new born babies belly button.
Hi Dr. Jen 🙏 castor oil actually has the potential to both alleviate and aggravate many of the symptoms you've mentioned. Castor oil, like all things has specific qualities, (heavy, oily, soft, hot) which affect the body in specific ways. For a person who's indigestion is a result of excess vata dosha which has the qualities light, dry, rough, mobile, and cold, castor oil in the belly button will offer tremendous relief. Yet for a person who's indigestion is a result of the disturbed qualities of pitta - hot, sharp, and oily, castor oil will worsen their condition. According to Ayurveda the belly button is a seat of vata dosha which is why this practice exists. From a conventional medicine viewpoint you can simply understand that different parts of our body activate and correspond to different parts of our nervous system which explains why the location matters. Thanks for opening the conversation and I couldn't agree with you more that we should keep our belly buttons clean no matter what! 😅
Weird belly button person here! However i started putting castor oil in my belly button ( fill it) seated reclined every morning for about 30 minutes. No need to rub in as it is gone, completely after that time. It may have helped with bloating and digestion as that was an issue and is no longer. We used castor oil packs on a large tumor in my husband’s pelvis, as well as 7 places in his spine, inoperable metastatic cancer. Prayer, fasting, nutrition and a lot of other natural approaches along with castor oil packs, limited radiation and hormone blockers 4 rounds. He is cancer free… i think that castor oil player a part in his healing.
Last week I fell down the stairs falling like a rag-doll, my middle finger got jammed and swollen at the joint with red inflammation around it and I used the Castor oil on it and my knees and within five minutes the redness was gone and by the next day swelling in fingers was less. By the third day I was able to bend my fingers and my knees!!! I was and am Amazed at my recovery! 🙏🏼if you could see all the black and blue bruises you’d understand. I highly recommend it for joint pain, bruising, hair growth ( it’s even restoring my not so many grey hairs back to black! I’m not a young woman but I don’t consider myself old either! I highly recommend using Castor oil. I Only have used it externally. And from a glass bottle for hail and skin. 💕☺️👌🏼💕
I disagree there are hundreds of people on the internet that say it works, I believe that’s evidence. The skin is our biggest organ and absorbs whatever we put on it and it has pores which absorbs. The belly button is a portal. Western medicine is great but we had healing methods prior to it so we shouldn’t regard it as the only standard. My personal story is 4 weeks on sore knees after surgery the pain has reduced by at least 75-95%. I’m going to start the belly button application I’ll update you once I use it for a few months. Thanks for your video Dr! I enjoy your channel
I used to put olive oil in my belly button. It is a part of my regular routine. My mother & grandmother used too. My mother has good skin. She is almost 70. My skin is not dry either. But I saw a video about castor oil in the belly button I thought I should try ( bec I have severe constipation). It really help. My buns around my tummy is flattening. My lower belly pouch is almost gone but still there. It is not miracle. First week I just pooped a lot & third week I am seeing a visible difference. Everyone’s body is different. But I miss my olive oil bec now I have chapped lips & dry face. Only few drops of oil is enough. Try it.
Hey I am all for trying it. Now I can vouch for it removing dark spots on your skin commonly called age spots. I put it on the spot and over a week it was alot lighter in color
I’ve never used castor oil but I have recently purchased is along with a pack to wear. Haven’t tried it yet! This information about the belly button is so great. Thank uou
I used castor oil in two ways and it worked. 1. It removed several arthritis from my body. I used two tablespoons and purge my body and the pain was gone. 2. It shrink my fibroids. I used the candid v inserts and I put half an inch of castor oil into my vagina every night for a month before my period. And after one month I had no fibroid pain. And I don’t feel them anymore. It worked.
For an outtie belly button you just want to rub the oil around the belly button that's fine. Anxiety can actually be relieved by gently massaging around the Belly Button and inside of it as well using an oil such as St John's wart. Almond oil warmed with a few drops of lavender rapidly brings around a calming presense as well when n the BB. Double your relief by inhaling some lavender. If you look it up the belly button is one of many energy points were essential oils rapidly enter the body. The souls of the feet are also magnicent in rapidly up-taking the essential oil molecules. I find in the BB it effects digestion on more then just the physical level. Our olafactory nerves are amazing to enhance the facillitation of out cognative abilities. Its a fun rabbit hole to go down and a wonderful journey with the body 🤗🙂
I don't use castor oil in my belly button but cheers to all who do! I'm going to try it! There's got to be something about those health tradition that are passed on from our elders. But, I think that castor oil is very effective for skin. While it is very thick, I mix it with a lotion or moisturizer finding it to be very soothing for my feet, elbows, lips, or any places on my skin that seem dry. I also like to very lightly dab it under my eyes. Not really evidence based for an empirical study--BUT, seems to work for me. I enjoy your RU-vid videos, Dr. Caudle! Keep up the great work!
The oil obsorbs in, helps with monthly pains, breaks up cest. So doctor yes I can say it works it’s also helped with my throat I seem to always needs to clear it but not so much after rubbing on the caster oil😊
My childhood, best friends, grandmother would make us drink a spoon of castor oil every year as the season change from fall to winter she said that it would keep us from getting the flu.
Castor oil helps with faster delivery. I used it when I was pregnant of my son and also for our grandbaby her birth. Be a lil cautious because the baby can poop while in the belly but worth it. Helps make delivery time faster.
This can be dangerous to do while pregnant! It can help the baby come faster, but it can also cause the baby to poop inside. That can cause them to breath in the poop or meconium into their lungs. This is very dangerous!

I rub castor oil on my feet and wear socks for the day. It does help with constipation! Yes it does. Your skin is your largest organ and it absorbs into your body.
I'm Haitian, too, and my parents used 100% castor oil for its medicinal properties because it cured so many ailments (colds/fevers/aches/pain/inflammation) and it also works as a laxative. It's also good for hair growth and to moisturize your skin. So many people don't know the amazing power of pure castor oil!

Think about it with an open mind. What was the purpose of the body's attachment in the mothers womb via the placenta. ? It effectively fed and nourished the baby in the womb. It was the Connection to the mum. A very powerful connection to each other. Not just nutritionally but many other feedback loops of emotions, mind connections and spiritual connections. LOVE being the obvious one. Babies are virtually All Spirit when they are born. Very much Aware from a higher understanding. They are extremely sensitive and quickly sense the mothers emotions and mental state. Happy mother happy baby. From my reading babies can develop liver problems when there are issues around the placental attachment. For all these reasons I am appreciating the role of the Navel in our lives. Question...could this be associated with rejection and post natal depression. Separation anxiety etc. We will learn more about this part of our body in years to come. Another interesting point is that in the Asian martial arts, the "Tan Tian" point is located 3 " behind the Navel. This is the Spiritual power centre where the LIFEFORCE is held. Etc etc etc. Thanks for bring this topic to our attention.

There was a doctor on TV (not on major networks anymore) who said putting your finger in your navel can stimulate your bladder. He had his children do it before they had to go somewhere. If it made them feel like they need to urinate, then they should try to go. It's true for me, too!
When I was growing up back in the day my mom would rub it in our belly button for constipation. I'm 62. She also would rub our scalps with it too. After colds my dad would give us this to clean our gut out . The only thing it would always smell and taste so terrible.
I'm 63 and I grew up with same things you did. That taste omg it was horrible. Even that Cod Liver Oil by Father John. Natural remedies and no bad side effects from all these drugs.
To know about Castor oil, talk to a mature Caribbean person of age. If you can find one born in the West Indies with their faculties intact and in their late stages of life they can tell you about it. It’s not harmful unless you take too much orally. It can become a laxative.

The psychic Edgar Cassey used to recommend this for intestinal health. Very old healing practice. Also oil on flannel cotton cloth and taped to tummy overnight. It works. Honest medical people need to recommend this to those they care for.
My mum gave us at nights & before returning to school after the school holidays. That weekend, we dreaded it. It was a cleaning out of our system. All the muck we ate had to be removed by castor oil. That weekend each of us had one tablespoon in cream soda, followed by a warm cup of fresh mint day. Once you had that evacuation then you would get some chicken or fish soup. At the end of the day you felt great & ready for school on the Monday morning.
@ Blockchain_babe Are you sure that you took a tsp of castor oil everyday? You might have been given Cod Liver Oil. Castor oil is a very strong and effective laxative and if you took it orally everyday, you’d need to be chained to the toilet.
Yeah, but sometimes organs are not working at their optimum best and doctors tend to guve us pills to help with that when the truth in fact is that these medications have adverse or side effects which make us wish we had not taken these medications.
I recently saw something about adding oil into the belly button to moisturize the lips! After adding olive oil in my navel for about a week, there was definitely a noticeable difference!
Yes I believe olive oil works good in the navel comparing to Castrol oil in the navel olive oil works really good in my navel for joint pain it's like wow I just started this love it olive oil in my navel too cool
I literally just used my castor oil this morning- all over and my navel. Aches, pains, sore feet, a headache and stomach cramps- disappeared! It works for some of us
Even though your skin is a closed system, there are certain medication’s that will pass through your skin i.e. topical steroids. So it is not outside the realm of possibility that kiss her oil will penetrate layers and create an internal effect. Barbara O’Neil talks about this fairly extensively in her videos.
I used 2 drops in my navel, rubbed it in, and then got diarrhea. Since I'm chronically backed up it was a good thing. I took some Pepto once and it took care of it.@@DrJenCaudle
She's a Dr, she KNOWS this, she KNOWS that the skin is the largest organ & that it absorbs what we put on it, but she wants to make it seem like it's so far-fetched for these things abt castor oil to be true. It's as if these medicinal doctors take some kind of oath that keeps them from being honest or sumthn smdh
@@chanelrose5045 That's why I like the Motivational Doc and he is an MD. He tells it like it is. He is truthful and honest. Be sure to check him out. 💯%
When i was little and sick, my parents gave me castor oil and baking soda, and then i had to drink it down with ginger ale. Yuck! RIP to my parents. They were the best ❤
My grandparents, parents, and I myself use castor oil.I also use it in my belly button and sometimes I mix it with liquid winter green and rub it on any pain that l have, heat it with a blow dryer and it penetrates faster.Helps alot with pain ❤.
I put castor oil in my belly button. After the 2nd night that morning I was passing dark blood. I have had a hysterectomy over 10 years ago. It was shocking to me. I felt crampy like if I was having a period. the blood didn't run out like with a period, just when i would urinate it would be there when wiping. Wasn't coming out of the urine. I use it on my face, neck, and feet. I love it for that...
I’ve used castor oil on my arms and legs and face and did not get the detoxing affects till I put it in my BELLY BUTTON. If you think about it…the inside of the belly button is the closest to your insides as far as putting something on externally.
Castor oil is a great anti inflammatory and I have used it successfully for deep coughs and chest colds without turning to antibiotics. I prefer unrefined castor oil and always keep it on hand.
No part of the skin is "closed" Our skin absorbs whatever we put on it. Our belly button is one of the more supple and absorbent parts of our skin, like the soles of our feet. It's also not hard to understand how there are connective tissues to the rest of our body immediately behind our navel. It was where our very nutrient delivery cord was attached during development.
Thank you for this many people are bashing the oiling naval community . And saying it’s placebo and that w believe everything blablabla . I’m middle eastern we do this for agessss
