Jack Pinnell, Not anymore!!! Those days are long gone. We were 100% Cat for almost 40 years. Then we got electronics and don't need them to move dirt. We were put thru hell. We were strong armed into paying for their higher operating costs, (couldn't keep them running!!) and when we pushed back, refusing to pay for their poor engineering, excessive repair hours, because their mechanics were way in over their heads, they refused to work on our machines. We closed our accounts and removed the cancer from our company.
@@kenbrewsaugh2473 What are you not telling everybody, sounds like there is more to this than what you are saying ,I'd like to hear what your Cat dealer has to say about it!!
This looks like my Davco ,made in Canada , did cat buy them out ?this is the best design out there . I’ve had my Davco for five years . Really heavy duty and expensive but worth every penny.

We're very sorry to see this, Cody. Please send us a private message with your name, email, phone and location and we'll send your information to your local dealer for further assistance. - Ruth
I do a lot of mowing and brush clearing, I've learned that a mower of any kind throws material like crazy even when the blades ate fully covered. So dose this machine have any shield of any kind to prevent me from taking out a guys window or car door?
Hi Jordy! This particular brushcutter is our open faced brushcutter. We do offer a standard brushcutter with chains in the front of the deck and mulchers that come standard with front doors that you can close shut to prevent debris from flying. For more information on our brushcutter please visit our website: bit.ly/2kV4FUh
Great question Jeff. XPS and XHP indicate high flow hydraulic systems - XPS stands for extra pressure, and XHP stands for extra horsepower. In order to operate high flow attachments you will need a high flow machine to provide the speed and torque necessary to run the tool. For example, the XPS system gives up to 33 gmp or 4060 psi, and the XHP gives up to 40 gpm or 4060 psi. - Maria

nicholas harlan well they aren’t mulchers they are heavy grass and brush cutters. I’ve seen the after math of this style of cutter trying to cut really heavy brush. It looked like crap! There are still a handful of piles of trees and the finish ground product has huge. These cutters are great for thick brush and heavy grass. Like what they show you in the videos.
