It's a sad sight, miss it big time that dont see yellow motors between the fenders anymore but the old iron like those will definitely still make shit happen everyday up & down the road.
Good fix, I had the same problem on my c-16. It's a 03 . New wiring harness and deep cleaning fixed the problem. Time, heat and vibrations will always make things difficult.
That is a common problem of those covers we have shortened all of ours and haven’t had a problem since just a suggestion is all Beautiful truck as well
Water can damage injectors even small procent if was in Fuel i dont now where you get yours Diesel but if happens again check out Fuel does has water in. Gas satition can Cheat by puting water is resevars our becourse condesation pure manintance of tanks on Gas station. That was big problem with injectors here is Europe. Expe MAN engines was exestive on that. So we put Special filter to take water from Fuel and stop her to reach injectors.Sorry for bad English i didn have time for proper translate.
