sometimes if the hood is stock or not open thats defend on the situition maybe gear is damage inside the gearbox or the relay that controlling to open and close is also damage, the only way you can do is there is a small window i think it have star allen key or torq allen key open the window then remove pin inside, or if you can possible to reach the bottom side of the hood lifter under that is have number 17 like nut so you rotate the in witch direction you want

bro you dont need to flash file, you should inspec the harnes, thats harnes problem bro not on ecm. you have to check the harnes, and the wire color orange and brown that wire is the communiction to the controler if that wire is shorted or open thats the result of irratic.

I actually checked the Harness on the engine ecm, all the wires were in contact with each other and isolated them from each other and the same fault and code I made a flash file that worked efficiently after that

@@Ahmedbassel86 thats good the machine now is good, usual that type of problem it is not software problem the of irratic is wiring problem, i never do re flashing unles if the problem is inside of ecm. ok bro thanks for time and sharing your ideas and experience
