Yes, I have it seen it before but only when I used FLdigi. I noticed that the "instability" (very minimal and tolerable) happens only when I use an application accessing via VSPE virtual port (like with FLdigi) and not via OmniRig alone. I hope is clear. Thanks for watching and commenting! 73

Dave, I have not run into this scenario yet, however, I was thinking you could use HamLib instead of OmniRig for your 3rd radio. Not sure if this would help, since I don't know how do you plan to use your three radios at the same time. Always there is a solution. I'm afraid that is not accurate Dave. I do not run anything as admin. However, the first time an app needs access to the network may ask for permission. I've seen this with many apps, you just allow them access and is good to go. For security reasons, is not advisable to run apps with escalated privileges provided by the "Run As Administrator". Developers know this, and for some users concerned about security, could be a deterrent to use the app. One more thing, apps that needs to run with elevated privileges have in their icon a blue and yellow little shield, meaning they will ask when you launch them. 73

Hi, 32 bit version it is and it can be used without registration. For the 64 bit version you need to purchase the license and register. Get the 32 bit version. I've using it on W10 64b without any issues for years now.

@@VA3HDL Good to know, I'll try it, thank you. I saw you had com0com installed too, will that work the same way?

@@genmce I use com0com to fake serial ports thus allowing applications to talk to each other via serial ports. In a way is similar to VSPE.

@@VA3HDL Which version of 32bit? It will load, but complain about not being 64 bit, each time I reboot I have restart vspe AND create my virtual ports. Is there a particular legacy version I should download ? I am on Win10 64 also. I am trying to setup wsjtx and panadapter and fldigi.

@@genmce I had the same issue. This was my solution: 1. Configure VSPE in the way you want. 2. Save the configuration to a file (very important!) 3. Create a shortcut to the file created in step#2 4. Launch VSPE from the config file shortcut 5. Dismiss the window when starts, and you are done!
