Strange how being in heat affects animals across the feline/canine divide, and the fact they are both female! Unless planning to breed, both should be spayed and bring less stress to these pets. Spayed and neutered animals tend to live longer lives...
What is cute about something that is not right ? The owner should seperate them and place them apart if 1 or both are in hear. There is nothing intertwining about being stupid ! The animal's need the people that own them to take proper care over them both.
