No, "bad Mr Whiskers" isn't gonna cut it because you let it off once, the cat will just do it again. That's why we shouldn't really have pets, and I would never have pets. Because they're not pets, they're animals, and love and affection only goes so far when you're dealing with small brained beings with innate hunting instincts. You want a pet, get a fkin jellyfish, but buying into the mentality that all animals can be trained leads to experimenting with bigger animals, and before you know it, you have another case of Tilikum.

The problem with many people it’s that they expect cats to be like dogs and treat them like dogs without bothering to understand their behavior and what are like in general.

Yeah, he clearly does not like the camera phone in his face, my 4 don't either, but they like me at least enough not to attack me, mainly because I have a sense of boundaries with them. They do show clear signs of distress when I hold my camera phone at them longer than a couple seconds. Which btw, if you want to raise cats, understand they're not dogs, they weren't domesticated through thousand of years of selective breeding, they domesticated themselves. You can't treat them like dogs, if they don't like you doing something to them stop fucking doing it. They may love you, but they're semi-wild animals who will demand your respect if you want respect from them. As far as the camera beyond my digression... I've wondered if its just the posture of pointing something at them or if they can hear something we can't when the camera is activated (or both)

Their eyes are actually far different than ours as they have land animal eyes and for some strange reason humans have eyeballs designed it similar to underwater creatures. When cats Focus before pouncing they're actually collecting ambient light which means they can see in a form of 3D that the human brain will never comprehend
