I am a long time quilter and I love Waverly fabric from Walmart! It’s great quality and I’ve never had any issues with it. It seems thicker than Moda and has some “tooth”. You really can’t beat the price! Thanks for mentioning the manufacturer of the fabric you’re using!

They do have some great prints and many different brands. The Create It brand is my fave. It is better than some so called designers. Like you said "it has tooth". For me its all about the print. If I like it, I'll make it work no matter how bad the fabric.
