I love watching cats groom themselves, and I imagine when it looks like they are biting the fiu, it's like when you brush your hair and scratch that itchy spot on your head in one go.
Dunno about you guys, but watching cats cleaning themselves is kinda satisfying to me. Balm to the soul to watch. They definitely are able to look after themselves, even if we aren't around anymore. Egyptians were right. Cats are inborn emperors, through and through.
I have a morning therapy every morning to ease my hypertension. I let a cat on lap and watch itself grooming like this. It helps me a lot. Thanks a lot cat.
One of my neighbors has an orange tabby named Henry and I love seeing him when he's out and about. He's so cute! But he does NOT like the sound of a garage door opening, poor little guy. It scares him.
@@lucindamobley5492 Awwwww . . . poor guy. . . . Our orange tabby cat is OK with the routine noises in the apartment, even the vacuum cleaner. But, sudden, unexpected noises scare him; same with our "house panther". 😺👍🏻
@@schnertblattYeah. But he definitely isn't scared of mice. Last year there was a mouse that just crawled onto the chase lounge just next to me, and my dad put on a thick glove and grabbed it straight off of there and through it out the front door. He then made the comment that Henry would dispose of that sucker when he found it. I know that mice have a function in this world, but when they start to get out of hand that's when the cats are called to keep them under control.
I had an orange male cat. He was my best friend. I was the ONLY person he liked, but he adored me. He was strong willed and had attitude. He had zero tolerance for other cats in his territory, and he was an aggressive hunter.

I just have a big smile on my face, I miss all my cats so much and don't have any now. Does cat fur looks as comfortable to live in, as I think it looks cozy ?? Probably not at all, it's not really like wearing pillow's, fur is not airbags either, in terms of lying on rocks, or absorbing impacts.
