Just think all that bigger Equipment since 2014, and very few have seen any pay raises or bonuses either. No contract in like seven years. Now they are on strike. Maybe this company will sale the mine and things will get better!
I agree. Its literally hell operating these waste dumps even in a D11 some days with the size of trucks coming at you and the rate that they come at you. Hell.
Great company to work for I love working here there might be some negative things said about this company that is probably from a union member they just need to remember that there in the spot they are in because they choose to be this is a great company
The hundreds on new hires are extremely happy to be here and the only ones upset are the ones that stand outside and yell and call people names every day 😂😂😂
@@bradg523 First of all, there ARE NOT "HUNDREDS" of new hires. Second of all, I can tell you've never worked for Grupo before. Third of all, DON'T GET TOO COMFORTABLE in there. We'll all be back and all of the "hundreds" of scabs will go to the bottom of the seniority list at best. Most likely you'll be looking for a new job!
@@bradg523 The Union members aren't the only ones pissed off. The bosses hate the scabs. You scabs don't know ANYTHING. You're tearing up the equipment. Only a matter of time until one of you SCABS gets seriously hurt, or killed!
@@troyb.4101 I worked with Troy. We were both truck drivers on crew 2. He took the mobile equipment bid and went to crew 1. I worked with everyone in that van at one time or another. I offer my sincerest condolences.
