***** That's what companies turn into though. Google used to be a simple company with just a search engine and now they own youtube and have created their own services for money purposes.
👍😂😂 i swear,my cat has done exactly the same with me except the part with the baseball bat.she was sometimes a mischievously jester and it she made me laugh so much....
🤔 it seems that it's an autobiografic story.and except the part as the cat hit him with the baseball bat my cat has done exactly the same with me when i was sleeping too long 😂😂
Cant belive its already been 15 years since this master piece of whats its like owning a cat was puplisged here on RU-vid and to this day i still watch these animations TwT
3 cats. Only Mei-Mei wakes me in the AM. She just sits on the night stand and meows. If she doesn't get the attention she seeks, she leans over and "yells" into my ear.
My mums friends cat used to meow then poke his head round the door and meow again to get my attention then lead me to the kitchen where he had been sick!
When I was a kid, I had a Siamese cat named Esmeralda. Esmeralda would wake me up in the morning by snuggling against me, meowing and sometimes biting me (not hard enough to draw blood but enough that it got my attention). When I got an alarm clock, I was able to avoid this for a few days...well apparently she learned how to tell time because she woke me up ten minutes before my alarm was set to go off.
janeyrevanescence12 woah,I have a cat who once dog style picked up kitty treat can in his mouth and ran over to my mom with it,and another time I had bacon and my mom said”he has the bacon”and he came over to me
i remember my dad showed me these videos when i was 4 years old and i thought they were hilarious. i’m 18 now and about to go to college. it’s nostalgic in the best way
I really love how much this animating has improved over time! You can really see the difference! This is great! I’ve loved Simon’s Cat for a very long time now. Keep up the amazing work! 😁
6 days after this video was uploaded, I was born. I’ve watched this very video countless times over the years. I owe this channel my whole childhood, thank you Simon.
My grandma very much loved this, its actually how i know of it. She has since passed away but i thought i would come back and relive the video. Rip grandma💔.
Thank you, Simon. Your cats really brighten this world! I’ve been involved in cat rescue for over 25 years. You capture the wonderful, wacky, and whimsical nature of our beloved felines!
I just have to come back to this video every now and then. When it first came out, I posted every where I could in 2008, it was literally my cat and the man I had recently started dating at the time. 8 years later, they still have a beautiful love/hate relationship.
I remember my dad showing me this when I was around 5-6 years old, me and my brother absolutely loved this series, thank you so much for being apart of my childhood. ❤
I miss these times so much! Like it's so hard to explain but times were so basic and simple in a good way! Now it's just sad and it's not the same anymore...
I remember watching this at my grandparent's house when I was a little kid. My grandad had a ton of them downloaded and I'd never get tired of them. Thanks for being there in my childhood, never change :')
The nostalgia this video brings me is unreal. Can’t believe it’s been 14yrs since this came out. My family and I have imitated this cartoon for soo many years!! You’re so talented, keep it up 😁
My cat pats me on the face while I'm sleeping *EXACTLY* like that. Sometimes he pats my eyelids, and if my mouth is open, he will put his paw in! I kept waking up wondering why I had grit on my tongue. Bleagh!! I don't think he wants anything, just my attention.
Yes my cat is like that too. Very gently....paw in the face as soon as the alarm goes off.....'Hey where is my wet food?' I guess its my fault since I only give them cannedt food in the AM right after I get up. Stupid process. What was I thinking. Bad thing is that I have two of them and if it is not one its the other.
The best of all! My cat at the middle of the night... bored... to wake me up bite my toes and than he quickly run away as he was not doing anything hahahaha
Susan S yes auntie wake up with my cat stalking my toes and grabbing them with her cat claws.. wakes you right up in the middle of a dead sleep! Then she runs..
Wow, videos like these was all I watched on RU-vid. Including Fast Cars Bad Kids.... wow this will always have a place in my heart. It was the first time I ever remember laughing so hard. And funny cats. And "Ow Charlie bit me."
I love SC soooo much! We have 5 cats, including a house panther. I’ve had cats all my life. The main SC reminds me of my rescue, “Tulip.” SC always make me smile & giggle. Thank you, creator of this adorable cartoon!
Ah, the old classic. I don't remember how I came across it, but I'm glad I did. Been following you for several years. Thanks for the many years of entertainment. Having have several cats growing, it's easy to relate to a lot of what happens in your videos.
An internet cartoon that isn't a parody of a popular video game and isn't vulgar just to be vulgar?! This is amazing! Probably the simplest, yet most original internet cartoon I've seen.
I can’t believe this is 14 years ago O.o I remember watching these videos with my mom when I was little and it doesn’t feel that long ago I miss how wholesome RU-vid used to be..
My lovely Stanley who passed last year at age 19 was a violent alarm clock. He got worse over the years. Started dive bombing me, then gently touch my face which turned into scratching, then bit my nose , then my feet. tried bunching up like a fetal position, but then he would crawl under the duvet to get to my feet and bite my toes. All this before 6am !!!
These videos came out a year or so before we got our cats. Some friends of my parents shared Simon's Cat on Facebook and we thought they were funny but not relateable. A year later, we got our first cat and we understand the ongoing saga of having a cat.
Yes. Imagine my surprise to discover this... As a longtime cat companion and servant 😉, I can certainly attest to the smartest of my clowder being fully capable of this kind of bid for attention. 😸 Hooked me immediately. No regrets, and I am delighted to hear of success after success for Simon and his ever-growing animated menagerie.
