😂😂 I'm deaf and my bf never asks to shower with me because I can't hear him, so ya. I know little sign, and he knows none, so that won't work either. So he doesn't bother asking. EDIT: Thank you for the likes and the support as well as the questions. Please don't shy away with asking me questions. I don't get asked them a lot because people are afraid I'll be offended, and if people do ask, they get hesitant thinking I get asked all the time, I don't. Most of the time, little kids ask me and are usually more blunt, which doesn't matter because I love answering questions.

a lot of people shower cold. my boyfriend prefers it a bit on the colder side, but still warm. cold water is beneficial for the strength of your hair, it keeps it healthy and from being too elastic. it also helps your muscles whenever you've put too much strain on them. hot water relaxes you and exfoliates your skin, but ruins your hair in the long run.
I use cold water because I eventually get too hot showering warm. And if I get hot, I start sweating. That totally negates the action of showering. So what I usually do is start off with warm water, then towards then end of my shower, when I’m rinsing everything off, I turn it to cold. That way, I don’t end up getting sweaty right after getting clean. It also is good too since the heat from the hot water starts to fog up the bathroom, regardless of the window being open and the bathroom fan blowing.
