Ok not trying to be rude but i can understand why people are getting mad. Cats CAN be loyal, most people just portray them as not loyal. You have to gain a cats trust. My cats also come running when i give them food. One important thing is all cats are different in their own way, some act like this and some don't, im just saying. I recommend you do research on cats, you will learn a lot about them. fun fact: if they slowly blink at you its their way of saying "i love you" and "i trust you" not trying to be mean but i just wanted to let some people know
This dogs are more loyal thing is bs tho. I love both but it's rare that other people's cats have even let me touch them, meanwhile their dogs might walk off with me if I use a sweet enough voice with a happy inflection. Both are sweet.
Cats and dogs are different animals ....and shouldnt be compare because their way of connecting to their owners , expressing their emotions is different. And since i have a cat and never owned a dog ....i must say that cats need your trust and they will be loyal and affectionate to you but it also depends on the type of cat you own ...some are naturally more active , some more affectionate , some more calm etc ...Love both cats and dogs ❣️
I have 4 cats in my house right now and all and all this is pretty fair. However cats should have a bit more for emotions not a lot but some extra credit
Basic cat emotions guide. Excited cat: Wide fully dilated eyes, ears forward, tail up, focused on what’s exciting them, arched back and zoomies. Poofy tail if Really excited. Angry cat: Ears pinned back or to the side, side ways pose or crouched down, tail down and twitching or full on swishing back and forth. Ridge of fur on back raised. Full eye contact. Hissing. Sad/anxious cat: Hiding or seeking attention by rubbing against you and furniture. Avoiding eye contact but eyes wide. Fur slicked down, tail held low or against legs. Ears slightly back but twitchy to catch any sign of danger. Unable to stay still. Nervous sudden grooming. Fur twitching. Scratching items to distribute scent. All limbs tucked in like they’re resting but ready for action. Loud self soothing purring. Also a way to ask for comfort. Happy relaxed cat: Laying on their side or upside down. Leaning against you. Turing their back to you in a sign of trust. Quiet purrs you can barely hear. Drooling. Long slow blinks or completely closed eyes. Kneading with their paws. Following you to a different room if you move and just settling down nearby or on you. Relaxed full grooming session. Responding to you with chirps and mews if you talk to them or touch them. Head bunting and licking your fingers when pet. Relaxed ears that barely twitch even at a noise.
I think it really depends on what type of cat you own and what type of dog you own. In my experience of dogs and cats I’ve noticed that atleast my cats have been way more loyal than any dog I’ve ever had or met. But that’s just my cats
I have a cat, when I tell him to sit, he sits. But that is because he was trained, so it really depends on their training (I think, I know dogs and cats have some things already in their head)
Tbh some ppl say “ur just a kid” like it’s a bad thing like….. no it’s not adults have to pay stuff (this is not to make anyone angry so if ur angry at this reply nicely thnx)
I mean, have you interacted with dog owners? They do that too. Many get super offended and act as if you did something wrong if you don't want to accept their dog in your life. Try telling your neighbor with a loud, constantly barkign dog to do something about that. Or dog owners that bring their dogs to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and such that it is inappropriate. How about telling a dog owner in your family that makes their dog a family endeavour that you do not want to look after it for "just a few hours" on your day off. They can get very angry if you "dare to say" something like that.
Hold on, I know you did give a new video about it and I'm not really mad (I was before I checked the comments), but only one of my cats are independent, it's a very strong word and cats mostly, yes, do rely on themselves, but they also are found in small groups and they also have a bunch of emotions, like dogs.
When a cat lashes it’s tail, it’s bored- the faster it lashes the more bored they are. When they are exited their eyes get big and sometimes jump around and ambush people. If a cat’s tail is tucked, it’s afraid. My cat NEVER EVER wanted time away from me and my family.
OK, so I think the hate is really bad and isn’t justified but as a person whos had many cats for like 7 years but cat do listen to you. Also, no, cats do not just care about themselves they clearly care about their owner (cats could let their owner mess with them and they wouldnt care but if someone else does they get mad at least from the cat i have now). Whenever I go to bring my cat inside ( or if i left for a while and she didnt know where i was) she would stick around with me and sometimes sleep on my pillow while im sitting on my bed. she also follows me everywhere I go so clearly shes not that independent. Im not hating on you or anything but im just tryna tell you that some of these things are false. And while some may be different you cant always assume they have the same personality.
when i scold my cat he literally looks so embarrassed he puts his head in between my couch its so cute or i sit down he jumps onto my lap 0.00000042 seconds after i lay my ass on that leathery couch
you have to earn loyalty, and earn the motions they show. i mean, you wouldn't immediately devote yourself to a stranger 10x your size who randomly stole you from your home and put you in a super loud machine and then start trusting)g and loving them immediately. you wouldn't go to them and start venting all your problems. all this is is that cats are less domesticated.
@@kpro_1188 a cat is has emotion, just displays it differently from dogs, a cat is loyal, and remembers their owners for the rest of their lives no matter how long they leave, if your cat has an attitude that’s your fault
You could actually have at least 3 of your questions solved if you had loved a cat and received its love too, one thing i say to you (me, a person who has six cats): most cats are reciprocal and yes, there are emotional support cats around there
3:14 Yes! There are many emotional support cats that exist but sadly not as many as dogs because lots of people tend to think cats are jus not capable of it-
Um actually cats can listen and get rid of stress, when you make eye contact it means you wanna attack. So yea. You should actually not STARE at a cat. So, and cats can’t smile. And if they lick their paw that means they know the problem. Also here are FIVE cat words to tell your cat that they made a mistake “ke!” “si!” “Xu!” So always keep your opinions to yourself.
Atleast he tried after all you shouldn’t really apologize for that video he wasn’t serious he was making jokes, cat people and dog people go so far to just fight eachother
also DO NOT SCOLE YOUR CAT she will never like you again if you do it alot and be very scared (which is one of the reasons you couldnt train your cat prob)
It’s alright! Not all cats are the same👍 Who agrees can reply to my comment👇(not begging for likes I’m just searching for a reply that they feel the same too)
There’s no comparison w the two. A lot of this is you not understanding how to read cat emotions and not being patient enough to. It’s also pretty much just a troll and bait and the “cat people” agreeing with you are just dog people who own cats.
Bro my four cats are loyal more loyal then dogs and they show much emotion and they aren’t independent bro is telling lies or he never treated his cat right
@@GalaxyNinja-ew9ix and how would you know that? plus a cat is a animal, if it is stuck in a room with no food but a dead body it’s going to eat it if it is starving, so would a dog. And I know you’ll just say, “well cat don’t care about you and dogs do” or something like that, and here the thing, you wouldn’t know. Because there are cats out there that are sweet, and loyal, and trust there person, and there are dogs out there that are mean, vicious, and plain assholes. And if both had the choice of starving to death, or eating your dead body to survive, they will most likely choose the latter. Look I love both cats and dogs, but people will always normalize hating cats, and think people are vile for disliking dogs.
@@Paperjam002 you cannt say that you love cats AND DOGS after calling them vicious and brutal if you make an abounding with a dog it's very hard to remove it with cats it just takes 1 or 2 things that they don't like and they'll start biting, scratching you
Dog lovers will be like “aww that’s okay, we have different opinions”, and cat lovers gonna go like “wrong opinion” then snatch your liver out. So what’s the lesson? Dog people belong to dogs because they act like them, same with cat people
Cats are very loyal to us. There was this one time where my cat was kidnapped and was never seen. And then we also moved houses too. About a year after a cat came to our house. And it had a very old collar. It was the collar that my mom tied it around cat's neck. And I had another cat. One day it was acting wierd. My mom put the cat in her lap and was patting her and after some time it died on my mom's lap Both of them was very beautiful and loyal. They both could understand human imotions
Some people are just tired of the stereotypes me personally I don't really give a fuck I found it funny but some people are just tired of the stereotypes that cats are completely inferior to dogs
Ngl cats are just rude If you try to pet it out of nowhere they'll hiss at you and scratch you People say if you leave cats alone they'll leave you alone well no not true Stray cats might attack you for no reason They attack dogs for no reason even if they ain't bothering the cat or if they just tryna be nice and thats how cats be getting mauled sometimes they get mauled for no reason They might just bite you for no reason cat people are indeed crazy but why they mad because he telling the truth 💀
