@~it's kathy~ LOL my I have 7 cats and the one time this happened it was creepy because they normally all stare at me for a good 30 seconds and then one of them dare to come to me and see where the cat is works every time especially on my newest cat craitoes
I used this to check if my cat is deaf, she has been ignoring me whenever I call out her name (she knows her name) but today I found out she's not deaf lol
That's hilarious ,My two were like you think we're dumb? Yes ...or just no fun!! They left ,had the damn nerve to split one day ,came back a sec n I was so surprised I yelled OMG n they took off again. Bratty critters, after a 2000 operation on one of em...ungrateful. but not all of em are , esp my lil Rocky, he passed ...Never got to enjoy his lil life either. I'm devastated n watching videos don't help.💔😿💕
My new cat is awkward and shy, when I let him stroll the house, he literally went straight at the back of the washing machines where I couldn’t reach. I was struggling catching him for an hour, glad i found this video! 😅😂😂 he just walked out and looked for the meowing cat..
OMG, I am going through that, too! We rescued a Siamese kitty who was found abandoned. She wasn't feral, but she was put through something heartbreaking because for 3 weeks, the kitty never comes out of her spot under my son's nightstand. Last week, I thought she was getting better, and maybe investigating the rest of the house, if she wanted, would be a great idea so I left the door to the room she'd been living in and she left the room alright. She left it and hid under my guest room bed for over 24 hours. It was SO DRAMATIC getting her back up to her food and water (although I did have a backup cat box that I placed down there, I just didn't want her food and water down where there is absolutely no interaction or a window to look out of like she loves to do. I bought the spray that makes them calm, cat treats that do the same, and patiently sat with her reading my book outloud to her, giving her treats, giving head scratches just until she lets me know she's had enough by turning her entire body away from me🥴). Slowly, her and I are growing close, but like my 12 year old son said, "mom, we are NOT giving up on this cat"🥺💙! I have never rescued an animal before, but it is so sad and rewarding. Man, all that to say, I wish I had this noise when I was trying to coax her from the bed she hid under with no food or water this week🤣🤣! I hope your kitty is settling in and relaxing in its new home💞!
@JustMe90 idk how long you've had her, but its best to let them come out on their own. it stresses them out if you force them out of their hiding spot, she will come out on her own eventually. usually at night when the house is quiet. they want to be able to investigate the entire house and it's noises before dealing with the humans who live there. it's a comfort thing. however if you have an Alexa or speaker there is cat music that is played at the frequencies that they use and the tempo resembles purring.. play it on low for her over night when she's hidden and it'll provide some relief. before I got my degree in animal behavior I didn't realize how sensitive cats truly are and it's scary for them to feel they have no control and can ultimately backtrack om progress made doing so. I hope the babe gets more social and trusting as the days go by. ❤ if you knew all of that then ignore me 😅
This is the only successful sound to make the cats come over to me lol. They each came up, sniffed my phone then peaced out when they confirmed I am still not a cat.
I've played this to get my cats to come out from "hiding" when I needed to know where they were. Both of them responded in a similar manner. It's really interesting!
My two kittens were running around the whole house thinking it was there mother 😂😂😂the mother was upstairs and we keep the kittens downstairs😂😂they went crazy!😂😂🤣🤣
This saved my cat. Context: I left the door opened and somehow she sneaked out and she fell into a cardboard box and after it got dark I got worried I opened this video and I saw a vibration in the box when I opened it there was my cat. Thank you🐱🐱
My cat was purring, and I played it just for the first meow and he immediately stopped purring and jumped up with GIANT eyes(he HATES other cats). VERY effective.
Standing laying on my belly in bed. Played this, cat came up to the bed, stood up to the edge of the bed, looked at me, came close to me, nose to nose, started sniffing and looking around, was super confused and plain adorable. Very effective video 😂
My cat woke from a deep sleep to find the new kitty in the house. After I stopped playing this my Furball chilled out & gave me lots of cuddles before falling asleep on me. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video with us!!
My cat wasn't responding to anything I was saying so I played this and when I tell you this is the fastest that he has ever come to me😳 He jumped straight into my lap wanting me to pet him and started purring like crazy. This actually works 10/10. Don't know what it actually means though 🤷🏻♂️
I wonder what this cat is saying. Every time I play this, my adult cats AND kittens go crazy and start sniffing around me. They act as if I kidnapped a cat and hid it somewhere on my body. 😅 They all give me suspicious looks while looking for the cat very seriously.
@@sehrionplaystheir both proper grammar, 1 is present tense and 1 is past tense, he had typed that comment after his cat turned his head so past is proper.
