im 15 ive been playing about a year and a half i have my own teacher every week i read music and i can play really well and im a very fast progresser and out of everything ive learned this is my first fingerpicking lesson and ive really enjoyed it i didnt know how cool it could be and sound so thanks so much and thanks for being the first person to teach me how to play chords and do songs and strumming patterns

I've been learning from your videos since I started playing but I think I've grown to the point of only using tabs because now the lesson just seems to slow to hold my focus. Marty I must say ... I look for different songs that I like, and different ways to play those songs, and you always pop-up. I've been aware of you for some time, and subscribed to you along time ago. (5 yrs. or so) but i never caught up with your technique. But must be getting just a little bit better, ...because i can just about duplicate what you trying teach, after a few tries. I still got a long way to go, but i'm looking forward of sending you a video of me playing, but that's a long way down the line, thanks for being online, you are one of dah best

I’m struggling with the last part, with the Asus4 barre chord :( Not using the whole finger makes my finger bend and cause the G string and also the B string (when we lift the finger off the 3rd fret) to not sound right. Any tips?
