Is that 66 block 5e rated? If not, it shouldn't be used for Ethernet cables. Given that the pairs must not be untwisted more than 1/2", I don't see how this would be suitable.
Maybe I missed it, but is it necessary to skip a slot when punching twisted pairs? If said isn't accomplished, will it cause connectivity issues? I am having connectivity issues at the 66 block when running TCP/IP on Cat5e twisted/shielded.
