Agility no longer gives you armor in cata. Still it's the best stat, but sucks you don't get armor.

yo ty for the comment. if you feel like you need more dr from the talent, feel free to take it. i chose to put blood in the water in that build as a more OT centric selection. its a good chunk of damage and makes the cat rotation way less annoying to upkeep. obviously it isn't going to be the best talent choice on a lot of fights, but it will be more beneficial than dr on some encounters. top of my mind encounters are Halfus/Ascendant Council/Theralion + Valiona. They didn't hit too hard in 359 gear. if you're progging in pre bis, play dr to be safe. hope this helps! gl.

yo thanks for commenting. like i said in the guide, it isn't always one stat is better than the other in every way. for prog on heavy hitting fights, you're going to favor stam. on farm or fights where you're going to have higher cat uptime, choose more agi. its based on your needs and what role you're filling/encounter you're fighting. also stam isn't a completely dead stat that soaks healer mana, idk where you got that opinion from. i do agree that have too much of it is bad, but choosing to completely boomer out and play all stam is fine and will get you through the content. stam also provides ap in the form of vengeance, so it still has some value. i will personally be playing all agi tho in my raids as my healers are very good and my main tank is very good to maximize my dps in cat form. i do agree, looking back at the talents, i didn't notice that i hadn't selected the spell dmg reduction talents. this is what i would recommend instead for a solo boomer defensive build (not having anyone putting up attack speed reduction): www.wowhead.com/cata/talent-calc/druid/-2302322311310001120311-020331 can choose to have either the haste from the feral charge talent or more pulv crit uptime. up to you and your wants, much like anything suggested in this guide. with infected wounds, i personally feel its not needed in most of scenarios where you are offtanking. On Ascendant Council/Magmaw/Halfus/Valiona + Theralion (the fights i've done on beta), I never felt like "man, i really need to have this talent to stay alive". I think there are better talent options in the tree and you needing a single target application of attack speed reduction maybe needed in certain case uses, I don't see it valuable as a blanket recommendation of every build. there are many other forms of attack speed reduction in a standard 25 man raid comp, unless you are running with double feral with no arms warriors or any dps dks, you don't need infected wounds. if there is an encounter where you are on your own in a corner with mobs, then sure, drop cat talents to play infected wounds to apply the debuff if you feel you need it. for glove enchants, having primary stat on use on a 1 min cd is way more valuable than expertise/whatever glove enchant there is, especially for a tank that will frequently off tank. it is the best enchant in the game and will forever be locked into the glove slot. ty for your comments, i appreciate the feedback.
