So excited for you guys! Personally after biometrics, there was a physical and within 6 months I was able to obtain my residency. Make sure before he leaves to his interview that your lawyer has his pardon summited no matter what.
@@DiegoAdventures1 my case was a bit different bc we filed for an adjusted status when my interview was scheduled at Juarez, so that process added another month. My interview eventually got waived. Covid also played a huge part on the waiting process in a positive way.

Girl I recommend you checking because a family member had that happen and guess what? They sent him a letter to the wrong address he never got it so never showed up and they close his case, he had to get a new lawyer and they finally got his visa withing 3 months because of there mistake.

Que alegría felicidades es algo que les cambia la vida un logro grande. Después de las huellas no tarda mucho para que le llegue su permiso a nosotros fue un proceso de 2-3 meces después de las huellas, cada caso es diferente ojalá y sea algo rápido para ustedes. Mi esposo no tuvo que salir del país pagamos un perdón porque el es el sostén de la casa. Suerte en su proceso!

Bendito Dios que ya van avanzando en el proceso! De mi experiencia después de la huellas al mes más o menos nos pidió el último paquete para mandar y de ahí se tardó como tres meses para recibir la cita. La cita era como en un mes desde la fecha que lo recibímos. Mi proceso fue antes de COVID. Mucha suerte y Primero Dios le vaya como uno espera 🙏🏼

So happy for you guys! Like you said every case is different, mine was 6 months from start to finish but I do know since he has to interview in Juarez it takes longer. A friend of mine got their interview months after the biometrics & few weeks after got their card!

Lo mas importante esque tenga el Perdon aprobado antes de salir a su cita.y si todo caso es diferente, asi que no dejes que el caso de otros les meta dudas a mi esposo estando en juarez le decian trae tal y tal forma y nos fuimos a sacarlos y la gente en juarez aprovecha que uno va con nervios y te cobran un arm and leg, pero tu abogado sabe TU caso y te prepara tus paquetes segun TU caso. Espero primero y Dios todo les salga bien 🎉🎉
Comadre nosotros también estamos en el proceso de mi esposo. Nosotros nos casamos el mismo año que ustedes. Nov 2020 y al mes siguiente metimos los papeles. En el 2021 le llegó la cita para su fingerprints. Y desde ahí estamos esperando 😔 Nosotros tenemos una abogada muy buena que quiso hacer un waiver i-106A. Antes que salga para México. Entonces esa espera es mucho. Que todo les valla bien Comadre! Si tiene más preguntas del waiver pregunten a su abogada o nosotros también le podemos ayudar. 😊

Every case is different but after fingerprinting my husband had to put in the paperwork for his a 1601a waiver which took about a three years to be approved and after that we did the paperwork for DS260 and three months later he had his appointment in Juarez. Just make sure he doesn’t need the 1601a Waiver because a lot of ppl don’t have it and when they go to their appointments they are denied. And make sure your lawyer always notifies USISC while you are waiting for them to set up your appointment in Juarez because if you let a year pass by they will notify you and make you pay the fees again to proceed with your case.

Comadre just FYI in case you didn’t know. Izael should be rear facing. In the state of CA a child should be rear facing until 2 yrs of age. They recommend to keep them rear facing for longer but atleast until the child is 2. You can look up that info and it’s actually a law.

Hi comadre, my husbands process lasted less then 2 months went by super quick he had his huellas 2 weeks after our first appt with our abogada and in less then to months he had his papers with no entrevista or proof !☺️

Cuando mi hesposo me arreglo estaba en el militar y todo fue muy rápido y como yo pasé de mojada como se dice hahaha tube que ir a juares a pagar mi permiso y tmb allá me tomaron las fotos,huellas,y la entrevista todo lo ise en 3 días y me llego la residencia como alas 2 semanas. Pero eso fue ya hace 11 años y apenas hace 2 años me anime a sacar mi ciudadania 🙏☺️ muchas felicidades al compadre 🎉

Make sure you ask your attorney about the hardship letter. Not sure if in all cases are the same but from what I’ve heard some people say is if they don’t have a hardship letter approval they have some people stay for up to 10yrs until they can get their residency, again not sure if all cases are the same but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Best of luck to you guys, this is our 3rd yr waiting & we have not heard anything else.

El hizo la huellas en June 2023 y hasta ahorita nada de aprobación. Pero primeramente Dios pronto - ya esperamos lo más. Que triste que tengamos que espera tanto. 🙏❤️

En mi caso similar al de ustedes todo el proceso nos duro como 1.5 yrs para arreglarle papeles a mi esposo. El también tuvo que salir a Ciudad Juarez en el ańo 2007/Diciembre. Si pagamos carta de perdon por aver entrado al pais sin permiso.

Mi esposo arreglo ase 3 años Sus huellas las iso aquí 🇺🇸 en el consulado mexicano,. Eso fue en noviembre para Enero tuvo que pedir su background check(record mexicano) 👁️ ojo que sea federal por que nosotros isimois el estatal y no fue válido y para eso tardamos mes y medio en respuesta Ya para marzo le llegó su cita que era en Abril te la dan un mes adelantado también tubo que salir a Juárez 🇲🇽 El llegó a una casa donde te rentan cuartos y te ayudan mucho!! Mi abogado me dio mucho papeleo que no se ocupaba y ahí le organizaron todo ah cómo lo van pidiendo.. La mayoría sale aprobado. Ahorita creo q son 3 citas Las de médico, vacunas 💉,, El duro máximo 1semana y de ahí nos fuimos a Michoacán ya que el tenia 16 años sin ir!!
Hello compadre my husbands case took 3 years before he received his residency. It was a long process and he thankfully didn’t have to go back to Mexico to get his approval.
Mi Esposo tardo como 2 1/2years en total (2 años para quitar la orden de deportacion) despues callo cita para huellas y en 6 meses le callo el permiso de Trabajo y al mes la recidencia No nos mandaron a entrevista 😊
Yo le arreglé a mi esposo el estando en Mexico y yo acá.. el proceso duro 3 años pero por que paso en COVID.. Pero mi prima le arreglo a su esposo de la forma que se casan acá y duraron mucho menos.. ojalá su proceso vaya rápido 🫶🏼 las citas te llegan cuando menos esperas!
It’s been a year since we came back from ciudad Juárez if you end up going there’s a hotel on that same street walking distance from el consulado definitely recommend it! It’s nice and updated and have a shuttle if you need it free with your stay. A lot of people stay there when they have their Cita. It’s also safe since all that street has policía federal and don’t let panhandlers or vendors walk that block
@@tanyazepeda1228 i stayed in the Holiday in express & suites its steps away from el consulado and the clinics . Also a cross the street from the mall and restaurants.
My reply never posted 🤔 but it’s called Mesaluna en Calle victoria something like that . Literally walking distance to todo lo del gobierno . We even walked to the clinic where my husband had to take his physical and we felt safe since policía federal are all on that block
