Hello Doctor, I have cataract for 23 years. I was quite young when I found and doctor suggested " manage as much as you can " because that time I don't have problem with my vision and I visited there for another reason, but unfortunately, he told my mother that I have cataract. However, my cataract is rare as it's behind my eye lense instead of front. For the last 6 six years I have a huge problems with my vision.
