CATCH AND COOK. CRAWFISHING 

Thank you guys for the support always QTGANG! We caught a few craw fish but felt like they were still small and released them. Will go back to the lake again in the new year to see if they've grown. Also. I need a good seafood boil mix! What would you guys recommended

Google how to make a trap for Crawfish it's easy and in a couple of hours you can get lots. Just use a piece of chicken in the trap for bait and you'll be golden and get a feast.

Quang: water is green crawfish literally make their own burrows or crawfish chimneys and live in the mud...that is why they are called mudbugs....so yes, the water may be green or muddy

What a great group of guys!!! All of you are soooooooooo lucky to have such a close friendship. In the past I was very fortunate to have about 40+ way younger than me Vietnamese friends both girls and boys. We all worked together at a large factory in Orange County California. What super great people they all were! Watching your fun video brought back many many fun times from my pass. Most fun was when one of my young friends got married! Vietnamese weddings were absolutely the most fun I ever had in my life!!! Thanks for a super video!

Crawfishes aren't native to Alberta, it's an invasive species especially in the North Saskatchewan River. It was in the news awhile back that the crawfish in the river are the aquarium crawfishes that's not been used for farms. Technically if you do catch some, you're supposed to report its location. There's not a lot of them since it's difficult for them to survive the winter but they screw up the ecological balance as they'll likely eat something that will mess up the local food chain. At least you had a great time there.

After boiling use a butter coating Vietnamese style. Paprika, cayenne, Cajun seasoning, sugar, old bay, lemon pepper seasoning, Louisiana hot sauce, garlic, and mix with butter!
