Thanks bro. That’s a crazy trick. I don’t think is a pressure thing. I can equalise they just full up with water and hurt. I’m gonna try ear plugs when I next go out.
Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray for the ears mate. It's over the counter at any pharmacy in NZ and you'll never look back with equalising and diving. Give me a shoutout when it works because it will. Also get your ears cleaned by an ear health specialist (it's super affordable in NZ) with micro suction which is great for your health, hearing and overall diving experience. Great videos!

@@Beyondthecoast1 Sure is dude and it's around $12. Just copy and paste the name into Google and add NZ at the end and it'll sort it out. Get dem ears cleaned with micro suction and keep up the choice videos!
@@Beyondthecoast1 Sure is man and it's like 12 bucks just give it a Google. Have a sniff of it when you're heading out and then another one just before you get in the water. I had some issues with my ears and also getting them cleaned really helped. Keep up the great videos mate!

Thanks so much. I’m a builder and Jane is a nurse. we are lucky enough to live right next to the ocean so we can get out after work or on the weekends if the weather allows 👌🏽
