Loved the show haven't fished with repalas much. Fished mostly with worms and willow leafs, all my life. Learn something new from your shows each week. Hoping next year I can try some of your techniques. You are a good fisherman. You have the touch, for sure.
the first trout I ever caught was a 26inch brook trout and that was pretty recent because I just got into fishing like 1 to 2 months ago also good video
I used to work in a flavour factory, and was involved in taste panels regularly. Most times, the panels were to ensure consistency of flavour from one batch made to the next, but occasionally ( most often due to the customer requesting a change in recipe) we would have panels based on 'Which do you prefer?' That was how I learned about something called 'taste preference'. No two people perceive taste and flavours in the same way, even if they are tasting exactly the same thing, the same set and concentrations of chemicals, dilutions, everything. Needless to say, such taste tests were conducted on many people, and the one that got the most positive results was the one offered to the client. So, bear in mind that, even though the fish are all trout, they are all going to taste slightly differently, being different species, and that whilst some people might prefer the flavour of the brown, others will prefer the tiger, or the cut-throat or the brook. I on the other hand van tell you, that they're all going to taste bad... and that's because I don't like fish as a foodstuff!
