Taste and Texture Comparison Between 3 Types of Fish (Catch & Cook)
The fishes were caught on separate trips, but were cooked together on the beach. We were out at Kusu Island and headed to St.John's to cook up the 3 fishes for a taste test.

1) Tusk Fish
2) Orange Spotted Grouper
3) Bar Cheek Coral Trout
