Crispy Breading is best made with (follow this in order) a lite dusting of flour mixed with seasoning, then an scramble egg bath, then coated in a panko breading, and fried till Gold crispy brown! MMmmm! The other option is.. 50/50 Flour and Corn starch mix for a good crisp fry!

You should come to Maryland to catch and cook some maryland style steamed crabs and / or crab cakes as well as catch and cook some rockfish/stripped bass. The Chesapeake bay has some very good, diverse fishing. Love the channel, keep up the great content

Hey Micah since u like crispy fish skin u should try scaling the skin then take all the meat u can get of it the let it dry out for bout an hour or so then cut it into strips then fry it oil and salt it and it is delicious
