I have never gone 3 for 3 on wild trout in this river before! Then to catch that nice bag of crawfish and cook it all up in a mini-crawfish boil -- it does not get any better than that!
There are so many fishing places to find, crawdad holes to wade through and new places to explore and I am literally in the middle of the city! You guys have to try this stuff for yourselves! It is the most satisfying fun you will ever have!

Ace Videos next time you use butter as the fat, slowly melt it in a pot and after it is completely liquid let it separate into each part, skim the salt and impurity film/foam off the top and laddle the clear gold liquid out leaving the milky liquid left behind, this will allow you to saute the fish without getting any burnt flavor or smoke

I have some memories of catching fish and eel with my father when I'm little. But as I am older now I didnt have the opportunity to do it again.
