Commenting after watching the video: 1) Thanks for the laughs Moxie 2) Jaiden collab would be sick 3) For anyone wondering: under normal conditions freshly layed eggs can last up to 2 weeks without being in a refrigerator. They have a small protective layer between the shell and the eggwhite. It keeps germs out but will shrink over time and it's also sensitive to low temperature. So once you've cooled it, keep the egg in the refrigerator until you consume it. Hope it helped ✌

19:46 🤓 let me explain: eggs are not refrigerated in the supermarket because when you take them out of the fridge the condense forms on the shell and in the time it take to get home it might develop harmful bacteria, like salmonella. Also, the shell protects the egg from external contamination, meaning you don't need to store them in the fridge refrigerate. After you bought them it's better to keep them in fridge anyway because they would be fresh longer and they are going to be used immediately after you take them off the fridge, not letting bacteria develop on the shell. Also, no they don't hatch because they are not fertilized eggs. But I guess that was a joke 😅

I have to say starting with gen 1, squirtle line got screwed for me because I bought the magikarp when i first played red (I picked bulbasaur as my starter) and painstakingly raised that weak magikarp, the pokemon it evolved into stole my heart. The name was cool, the design was cool, it went from pathetic floppy fish to a beast of destruction and became my strongest member with ease (my starter was the only other pokemon that kept up and often traded positions as the top strongest). The npc's dialogue at Erica's gym held true: grass pokemon were easier to raise and required less exp to level up.

Your collab with Nogla was unexpected but very much appreciated! Any member (besides.... a few... unmentionable ones.) of the VC is appreciated!

Fact about eggs in most countries eggs don't need refrigeration as they have a natural protective coating on the shell so they don't go bad as quickly, but in the US and probably a couple other places they strip the coating on the outside of the egg before going to be sold so they are not protected from bacteria and go bad if left out

I don't think eggs are refridgerated in food shops in the Netherlands either, aside from the aircon in the shop itself

Just thought I'd mention on the egg thing, since a lot of people can be quite confused and some even interested in it. First of all, no you do not need a rooster for eggs, meaning any eggs produced when a rooster was not present are basically guaranteed to be infertile and therefore incapable of hatching. Though you can buy mature hens and have them lay fertile eggs if they came from a setup with at least one rooster. Then, on the refrigeration topic, that is not because of the eggs themselves, but because massive facilities in places like America still have horrible housing conditions for the eggs, and being the main suppliers of eggs it is then a common practice to house eggs in a fridge. So, the reality is, the eggs and chickens produced from these facilities are disgusting with bacteria due to literally living and being laid in filth, so they are chemically treated to destroy the bacteria and as a result it damages the egg shell causing them to have to kept in a much cooler area than what would have been necessary. Oh! and salmonella comes from the same conditions, no joke if you buy from reputable, reliable places that keep environments clean (especially in small indoor setups which can be common with free ranged eggs), you don't have to worry about salmonella and then you just need to make sure the eggs are cool. Like here in Northern Ireland I still house the eggs mainly in the fridge because it just gets too hot and the main area of the kitchen (most of the kitchen) is next to a window, so again can get pretty hot unfortunately. But ye, just thought I'd mention if someone is just curious on why not everyone keeps the eggs in the fridge. Not just the UK, America can be done as well, just don't buy eggs produced by filthy facilities. UK doesn't have them anymore so it's more common.
