Wish mega bass had +1 + 2 silent versions. Ive been done buying noise makers for over a year. modifying the noise makers is a pain in the ass. Someday everybody will go to silent and the fish will go back to wanting noise, haha.

I'd like to know what you think about BFS. Is it worth it, or is it just a gimmick? It'd be cool to see a vid on that, we hear about what you think on ffs all the time and the braid to flouro thing.

Another thing you can do to make your baits quieter is to remove the split rings and tie them on with braided line. Ott Defoe has a RU-vid video on how to do it. It works very well in clear water.

I never fish with any baits that have noise. I fish clear water mostly and I have noticed, that the noisy baits, catch mostly small fish. I only fish two jerk baits, ye original floating g Rapala and the silent ito vision one ten. I also put smaller hooks on them, and take off the middle hook.

While I'm sure all these Gucci lures like the vision 110 and whatever that $18 chatterbait guys fawn over is called probably work. As a recreational fisherman I've never seen much if any evidence they are actually needed. It's amazing how many bass can be caught on a $2 Hula Popper or Jitterbug or a $5 Rapala or Rat-L-Trap from Walmart or a bag of Gambler fat ace stick baits ...👽🦖

@@Danthemant1000 and ever since YT and the constant hawking of the newest, latest, just gotta have, greatest $20 lure that absolutely catches them .... nobody fishes these so the bass almost never see them ... thank god most bass fisherman a quite gullible ... lol 👽🦖

@@astrophysicistguyI’ve been throwing jerkbaits for ages. Literally 18-20 years, and I’m only 35. I can absolutely guarantee you, fish a 110/110+1/110+2 beside any other jerkbait and they will make you sell all the others. I’ve been throwing the 110s for about 5-6 years. I’ve caught more 9lb+ fish on a 110 than all the others combined, and probably 20x the amount of bass in general. The only exception to the rule is a 110 jr and the Pointer… Stunna, rip stop, provoke, scope stick, etc are all garbage compared to them. I have boxes and boxes of cheap jigs and worms and all that. But $25 for a 110 is worth every penny. PS: where are you finding a $5 rapala that ain’t a DT4 in moss craw lol.
