@@shanb4520 How? Maybe I missed something. When I child start to disrespect their parent, it's a good reason for it. Evelyn brushes traci feelings under the rug, especially when it came to issues with Tamar. She always found a way to excuse her behavior.
@@rwilf7242 exactly... very bitter and she wants her children to be the same way towards him. I think that was the big issue with traci. She was cool with the father and his new wife and they didn't like that. Ms. Evelyn have to understand the relationship between a father and his children have nothing to do with the relationship between the mother & father. Those are 2 different roles.

I love how much Tamar has grown. She straight up told Towanda don't talk to me like that in the most shadiest but classiest way. But seriously I felt like that outburst from Towanda was coming. She can't be perfect all the time. She has been doing a lot. Being a full time single mother and working on her career can take a toll on someone mentally. She's just always wanted to have someone there for her. Her 40th birthday party, was a sure sign she wanted the support from all her sisters.
I’m so sick of people calling Evelyn bitter! What would you do if your husband of 30 years had a 10 year long affair with a woman you knew?! Then married her a month after the divorce leaving you with 6 whole kids?! That is a deep wound and she has every right to feel how she feels!
She is bitter (VERY bitter!) and takes it out on her daughters and other men that she’s dated. Despite of what she went through, that doesn’t make it ok. She is dysfunctional and the root cause of why her daughters’ deeply rooted issues.
No matter what they had going on. None of her sisters were really supportive of her dreams. And if you notice in Season 1 when she wanted to start her own career and not be Toni's background singer..She was practically came at left and right. But no matter what , Tamar always supported her sisters regardless if she approved it or not
Towanda is the strong one, and we strong women never get cared for properly because everybody always feel we can handle it. I felt her pain and hurt , wow never seen her break before, she must be at her end point....

The point is, she was used to being the only one that was a real celebrity. Once Tamar became popular, Toni had to start sharing the spotlight. That bothered her to have to share it, when she’d had it to herself for over 20 years. They didn’t expect for Tamar to become as famous as she did.
