Catching 85lb tuna while sailing across the Atlantic on a catamaran. 

Hrrm, nevermind just looked it up and tuna seems to be an exception to the rule for wether you should deep freeze to kill parasites or not. Don't know why. I'd still be worried to some degree, but it seems safe. Must've been delicious.
