Don't you have specific storage place for each employees cutlery? the way it's depicted in the video, it's like everything is in the same drawer. So I can understand why some people wouldn't give a damn and just pick the first spoon, fork or knife that they pick up. I mean, that wall above the counter looks a bit barebone, you could simply add a couple "tray" on the wall that contains everyone's cutlery, each separated by the person.
