I'd love to say I invented it, but I saw it on RU-vid somewhere 5 years ago. I made one right away, and caught a swarm in it the next day! For me, they're much easier to carry around in my truck than a spare box with frames. Plus I can tape them to an extending pole and get swarms 20' up.

That being said, when I tried to click the notification bell to be notified of all your future content, it wouldn't allow me to do so. I wasn't sure if I should let you know or not, because you may already be aware of it. I mean you may have done it purposely lol! However, if it were me and I had a channel that I was posting content on, and trying to grow my subscriber count, I would hope someone would tell me if they thought the information would help me fix an issue. So the reason no one can turn notifications on for your channel is because somewhere in the settings it's set up as a channel for kids. RU-vid will not send notifications out for kids channels. Also, they will not promote videos from channels deemed kids channels out to any prospective viewers. They won't even apply their algorithm to your channel or videos. As I stated, you may already know this, and may have set up your channel that way on purpose. If that's the case, please accept my apology and ignore my extremely long comment. 😂 If you weren't aware, then I'm truly happy that you'll be able to make any changes you wish to make, so that your current subscribers start receiving notifications for your channel, and RU-vid starts doing their part to help you grow your audience by sharing your videos to people who otherwise would not have known it existed. Regardless whether I'm able to receive notifications or not, I will be checking back periodically to see what you've been up to! Hope you have a fantastic weekend and a successful honey harvest! Thanks for watching. I made this mistake when I set up the channel back in February. You pointed out this problem 3 days ago in a comment on another video, and I immediately changed the settings.
