In this video I show you how to catch carp quickly with a simple method of using pack bait and a hair rig. This is my favourite carp fishing setup. The video was shot on Lake Ontario and the bite was on!
I gotta say Andrew, you’re amazing! With how you put your videos together and make everything blend in! A bit of personal life, a minute of chilling, two of swimming and tree of fishing:) That place it’s a carp fisherman’s paradise!
Gotta keep your eye on that rod or else he will pull it in the drink. I had that happen to me as well, I had it put on my chair and went to talk to someone, when I turn around, the chair was being dragged towards the lake. Lucky I got there in time and landed the carp. You caught a lot of fish that day, no monsters but numbers. Lake Ontario produces some giants, my PB came at 30lb from Promenade park. Looks like a nice spot there to fish.
Carp is on my bucket list, we dont have any in NW Ontario. Manitoba is the nearest opportunity and I do fish there when I can. Did some channel cat fishing there last weekend. One of these trips I'll focus on carp. Cheers!
Cats are so much fun, I was fishing lockport Manitoba for them. I am spoiled now for having fished there, it is ridiculous! 50 fish days are common and average size is 32-34"! The amount of biomass in the Red River is unfathomable. If you get bored and have a spare half hour I do have the video up on my channel. It's called Red River Cats. I fished 2 hours in the morning and caught 8 nice ones.
Love carp fishing watching this video back the thing on their cheeks I’m not too sure I’ve caught so many carp with that I think it’s either a wound from rocks or maybe a disease
@@ActuallyAndrewFishing I thought it was just the area I fish but then I came across this and that’s what makes me think it’s a disease unless it only happens to carp in areas with lots of rocks
