Nice one Graham great vids and channel mate. I can remember wen i was a kid about aged 10 or 11 ish and you was always in the weekly fishing papers of the day, usually blowing everybody's mind with catches of huge sharks from British waters. Back in the day Graham Pullen was 'the man' for big fish of all kinds and i must say it is brilliant to watch you and your son Mike on your uTube channel still showing us how its done. I am now a 49 yrs old grandad with grown up kids and with 5 grandchildren and we all enjoy wathing your excellent vids and your lads T.A. Outdoors channel. Anyhow keep it mate you do a great job. And nice one for being an inspiration to me for nearly 40 yrs and for still being an inspiration to my son and my grandson, spot on Graham cheers mate. 👍👏👍
Graeme should be on mainstream television he is so much more entertaining and talented than a lot of the dross we get on the box and he always raises a smile out of me. As always Absolutely brilliant.
Superb fish, well worth every second of been out in that weather. I could tell by the tone of your voice Graham, you were like a young lad all over again. Its nice to have days like that, pleased for you mate.
Its so nice to see a guy that catches 400/500 pound sharks get so much enjoyment from catching fresh water fish. You are my source of great enjoyment during this period of lock down. Tight lines.
I wouldn't say you were lucky Graham, you know your stuff because you come up with brilliant ideas and they work. I've tried the things and bait that you try and it worked for me too. Don't forget in the summer try some sliced ham for carp!!! Cheers Graham, stay safe mate!! 😉🎣🎣
I went to rookley fishery in the Isle of Wight and ended up falling in ( head under and all )but I ain't complaining i caught 30 odd roach 👍👍 great video as always
Cracking session on a hard day .. I'm going after cats down white Acors Newquay but there rules don't allow dead baits. So might have to steal that oil of yours for extra attraction :) 🎣🎣
Nice cats Graeme, excellent show tonight, though I was a little surprised you remembered your net and unhooking mat when you went for the carp just shows Mike makes you forgetful. Only joking. keep the videos coming.
Great video and great fish... but when fishing for big fish or there's a chance u could catch a big fish use the right size matt maybe invest In a cradle or a large padded matt to support the fish properly.... great video tho, keep up the good work
I went to finch farm last august and caught a 40lb cat… my first of the species! Unfortunately none of the bailiffs were there to see it (because they like to know when you've caught a big one for their record books, right?) and in the same swim you and Mike caught your big ones! I used a bluey but I cut its stomach open and turned it inside out for more leakage, all of your tips helped! :)
Well done, sir. I wish I can catch three of these in one session. But I can't. I only have caught one wels this year(75cm) on a lightest rod, which was set to zander, and I was trying hard for many, many times. I was able to hook some zanders(sander lucioperca), but not these guys(silurus glanis). Maybe I could use a fish oil next time!!! Anyways... Thanks for good video from Slovakia! ;-)
No,we had them on an Ebro trip to 180lbs,but I think I had a 43 something in the UK,same place .Not really tried much in the UK for them, mostly afternoon sessions.
If you are willing to travel Graeme theres a secret lake you can fish for free only a handful of people know about it and even fewer ive allowed to fished it. the fish are mostly wild carp and kio that haven't really been fished for since they was put in 20 years ago. Very big fish.
nice cat Graeme. what brand line was you using if you dont mind me asking ? going to try catch some cats later next week but not sure if my 15lb line will be enough as it is only cheap
Hey greme I absolutely love your videos and fishing tips I live in ireland and mackerel season is here but I really need a few tips If you could help I would really appreciate it Thanks
Great stuff Graeme! Shame to waste all that lamprey blood that was sloshing about in the bag. I would have added it to the pellets. Couldn't hurt, could it?
