That ticket is Ridiculous... Out for a day of peacefull fishing and Officir Powell out to suck money and an obvious attempt to justify his job existence...
When I was a teen in the 80's, we'd use a piece of cellophane to make a sticker appear affixed. The sticker was then moved to any vehicle that didn't have a pass and could be used on any vehicle. They eventually caught on and inspected that the sticker was properly affixed. Not saying that happened here, but it's a true story.
That cop had the attitude of a drill sergeant, no matter what you did, they would find something you did wrong technically when described with the correct jargon. I would fight it if you have the time.
Up here in NC we get Croaker like 14-15 inches and when they get that big the fins turn yellow. Their gill plates will lay you open but they are good in grease!!!

Visited Beach Bum Outdoors on May 12,2024 an hour before closing,we are from north middle Tennessee,bought a few things ,your staff is very friendly,my wife was helped by a very nice young lady, like the store ,hope to see you guys next trip down .
Tickets... The small fine is so nobody bothers fighting it....A larger fine would be taken to court by someone, and they would win, hence no more revenue gathering by the local authorities 😉
I live in Foley and I never pay to park unless I'm going to be there a good while, it's a racket anyway they still try to find any reason they can to cite you even with the GS parking sticker.
Here in Satellite Beach Fl they "boot" you if you dont pay $2.50 an hour. I believe its $85.00 just to remove it plus however long you were there plus they are booting people who have permits (virtual permits....no stickers.
The problem with the ticket is by the time you pay for gas to drive to the courthouse, take the day off, wait for hours in court, it would be cheaper to just pay the fine and be done with it.
Take pictures and present it to the courts. If nothing else you should figure out when the meter maid has a day off and schedule the court date for that day. 😂😂😂😂😂

Dang man I've never seen someone get so many tickets for parking 😅😂 it's actually funny to me. I see expired meters, no pass, etc all the time and you get a ticket every other month fpr following the rules. At this point save your parking money for the tickets lmao 🤣

Here in Florida I entered a state park through a manned pay both. They gave me a pass to hang from my rearview. I didn’t have a rearview as it had fallen off so the person in the booth just said put it on my dash. They wrote me a ticket for not having a pass and literally put it under my windshield wiper right where the pass was laying on the dash. I took pictures and went back to the pay booth and had them get the ranger that wrote the ticket to come up there and they ripped the ticket up.
I think you need to check your truck and boat for a GPS stuck on your vehicle someplace or maybe turn off the location on your cell phone because the law seems to have your location
