I headed out with a long time friend of mine, Capt. Greg Voliva of Four Seasons Guide Service and fellow Tarpon Angler Jimmy Goodman. I've tried for years to catch one and finally after 2 hours of fighting, I can now say I have caught a Neuse River Tarpon!
