I’m so glad you came to all those realizations because those types things definitely help you grow in different ways in life and I can definitely relate to the part where you said you would take different parts of peoples personalities. ( I’m the same age as you btw) but in high school I noticed I did the same thing, like I would confuse my energy with others and it took me till last year and this year to realize that and I just realized I needed more alone time to get to know myself more again and to also seek help when I’m mentally not all there.
