Material like that doesnt "heap" to well in the bowl so there is nothing the scraper or dozer driver can do about it, smart thing is to spend 25-30 seconds in the cut and then just go, keep the cycle consistent till you get to good dirt. The other thing is all the french contractors seem to equip there D10 push cats with single shank rippers and most jobs where you are pushing scrapers a multishank will prep the material better, this video is a case in point
