When adding line to your cane poles, tie your line half way up your pole. Then up to the tip and tie it, leave how much you want to tie your hook to and if your pole breaks up around the tip your still in the game!

fishing for cat fish takes time i recommend beef liver or chicken hearts from the wallmart let it sit for 30 mins and you will catch one for sure.
