Cathay Pacific "A Day in The Life of a Flight Attendant" 

If anyone wondered what happened to Grace, she announced on her Instagram that she had resigned from Cathay Pacific back in December of 2020.

Dear Cathay Pacific, I would like to say, thank you, very much, to you for taking your time, energy and effort to both upload and share this video with the youtube family. I have flown with Cathay and the service from everyone, from pilots, flight attendants, engineers, airport staff is loving and caring and good. Thank you, very much from my heart to Grace Hui's for allowing us, including people who cannot fly for medical reasons, to experience flying through youtube. I took a flight from Newark airport to Hong Kong then to the Philippines. The crew was very professional and so polite. Only if more airlines could follow with the same professionalism. I decided I'm taking the same flight again when I go on vacation again.

For me since I tried Cathay last 2017 and then just last month 2023, I love it. Very professional and nice.

Recently did 30 hours of round trip flying with Cathay to Southeast Asia and can’t say enough great things about the flight staff. The genuine professionalism and friendly fully capable demeanor of these talented women made me feel at ease and looked after the entire trip. Look forward to flying with them again.

Cathay Pacific is and will always be my favourite airline to fly with wherever I go anywhere around the world. Staff and crew members are always there with a smile and guaranteed to make your journey magnificent. The food is top-notch especially those they serve in first class. Take off and landing is very satisfying and smooth. And most of all... It's a Chinese airline company💗

Air Canada, watch and learn. Your service sucks with mostly old and miserable attendants. These attendants truly love their job and so considerate of the passengers.

I understand that Cathay Pacific's flight attendants come from allover Asia(And I was told that each flight attendant has the country of origin on the name badge).SO Cathay is really a Global Airline that represents Asia(it is only based in Hong Kong).

It's wonderful to see women in properly sized skirt suits, heels, makeup (applied correctly), and hair up. It's so classy and feminine.

She is THE reason that Cathay Pacific is so awesome! Her dedication to her Business Class passengers is outstanding. I flew First Class to Sydney on United, my flight attendant was over weight and old. Mid way during the flight I asked for more champagne. The FA responded "oh, I gave all the champagne to business class." My response was to just stare at her for about a minute. Finally she responded, "well, I guess I can go see if they have any left." I paid full price and the seat was great but the service was not INTERNATIONAL FIRST class standards.

Her apartment in hong kong seems suspiciously large, considering that the majority of hong kongers live in shoebox apartments . That aside, interesting video.

I have to say that I definitely fly by Cathay Pacific Airline in my next trip as their services are extremely considerate, helpful. Lets talk about my last trip from HK to UK with my husband in May of this year, our seating wasn't arranged together when we checked in, but the ground crew said she would try if there was an opportunity. In the boarding time, both of us were provided the new boarding pass with sitting together after they scanned our previous one..woo..it is very 1st class's service. In regards to the language complaint from the comments, I need to clarity for CP' crews, I spoke Cantonese and they return back to me with smiling face also.

I go to Philippines over 10 years by your company and I feel very happy and happiness

I'm flying them in the morning NYC to Hong Kong to Philippine...These girls are gorgeous and do a great job...15hours to Hong Kong....

I won't forget my first international round trip flight with Cathay from SUB-HK-HND. I got good services so far, but unluckily I have to say that you should check the earphone and the projector of the passenger's seat is run well, I got my right earphone is not working and I told the flight attendant to change it with another one, the response was very fast, i am thank you for this. Another case I got my projector is not accessible during the flight, but that time I am not telling the flight attendant, I am afraid that I will be moved to another seat, so my friend shares his projector during the flight with one non-working earphone. My friend got another story during the flight. She has to move from her first seat to another due to the cleanliness of the chair, and when she moved, the flight attendant asked her to put her belongings to another compartment that is not in her upper head compartment the flight attendant said "it should be full, and you must hurry up" she got a little regret for this. The service from HK-SUB(INA) is not as well as the service from its reverse, IDK why :). Just improve your service no matter what So far I am really happy to enjoy my first flight with Cathay.
