I put a lot of energy, hard work and love into this one, probably more than in any of my other works (doesn't mean my other works aren't good, just that I'm more passionate about this one) and I was inspired by so many good ASMR/Ambience videos when I wrote it. I'm very thankful to all the ASMR/Ambience content creators who inspired me when I wrote this series and all my other written works that I posted to AO3. right?! ugh I hate how i feel weird for liking chants, like when I played Assassins Creed I absolutely adored exploring Acre near the cathredral..it’s like an eerie but peaceful sound..

I was lucky enough to once :) Visited the biggest cathedral in Poland. It was just like this, but huge. It was awe-inspiring. God's throne.

@@PyrusTitaniumDragonoid It's actually the Sanctus, it's a hymn prayed or sung before the most sacred part of the Catholic Mass, it's only the song that Angels sing to God unceasingly. The translation goes like this: "Holy, Holy, Holy, are You, Lord God of Hosts. Heaven and earth are full of Your Glory, Hosanna in the Highest, Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord. Hosanna in the Highest!"

As someone who also has a history degree, I agree with this big time. There's something so strange about how that era draws you in and captivates when you really study the mundane realities of the time and totally reject the pop culture depictions (I scream internally when I see or hear mention of the barren, intellectually-starved "Dark Ages"). All history is fascinating, but medieval studies just has that extra element, and the deeper you go, the more awe-inspiring each little document or artifact becomes. If everyone could see past all those stereotypes and myths and outrageous semi-true stories, they'd see that it's so much more captivating than the entertaining urban legends and shock-value depictions.

@@madelineembrey7838 so true. And some have the audacity to refer to that era of beauty and truth as the "dark ages"... Poor people.

That's better than saying (like some people on these videos) that they are sitting in a huge medieval era library on a dark evening with a cup of coffee.

And the idea of them encouraging anyone to read anything about witchcraft is laughable. They'd burn it first.

@@Copeandseethe822 obviously you've never read the Forgotten Realms books. Edificant Library is ran by two orders of the Brother Gods of Writing and Knowledge. It's one of the first few books that the author had wrote and truly showcases how faith can be more powerful than the sword or pen. Look up the Cleric Quintet, poor a glass of hot cocoa or wine and enjoy it.
