CATHEDRAL WINDOW or Broken Glass Jelly... is a popular Filipino dessert usually served during the holidays or fiestas. The name itself came from the idea that this dish resembles that of the stained colored glass of a Cathedral. Multi colored gelatin cubes are embedded in a round mold poured with a creamy white mixture. This is How To Make Cathedral Window Jelly Dessert. Try this one!
Ingredients:
for the red color:
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pack (3 tsp) gelatin powder (strawberry flavor)
for the yellow color:
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pack (3 tsp) gelatin powder (Mango Flavor)
for the green color:
2 1/2 cup water
1/2 pack (3 tsp) gelatin powder (buko pandan flavor)
for the white mixture:
(divide this into 2 cooking procedure)
2 1/2 cup water
1 pack (2 tbsp) clear or white gelatin powder
1 big can angel kremdensada
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
