absolutely love it! It has always been my favorite pattern. I keep hoping I will just motivate myself to make a couple pincushions in the cathedral pattern. WIth the larger size or maybe even 10 in blocks, a full quilt would work up fairly quickly! Thank you for taking the time to make this video!!
joc0553 I'm so glad you enjoyed it! :) I'm hoping one day to make a full sized quilt with this technique but I have so many projects to work on already lol
This is incredible. !!! What if i want to use 1 single colour for the bottom most/base. Do i need to cut it into 4 squares as well or can i just use just 1 big square of base colour ?
What a darling quilt! Thank you so much for your great video! Your instructions are very easy to follow! I hope you continue to put out more video’s. Your on my favorites list!
Joline Cosman When making your 4 patch blocks the white squares/triangles will be held in place because they were sewed into the seam along with the colored squares behind them
Joline Cosman At the end of the project when you are flipping the sides over and encasing the last colored square. this will be after you make your quilt sandwich, so you will be sewing down the sides of the white but it will also be your quilting and will show through the entire quilt.
