Yay, love your Revival Sweater - it turned out beautifully! The bobbly jumper is looking amazing too. I think plain sleeves will work fine - maybe you could add one row of bobbles above the cuffs to tie them in? Perfect tea time viewing! 😊
Your sweater looks great. I really like the colours. The cowl is looking good too. I am tempted to make some fingerless mitts after just finishing some Xmas tree bunting.
Hi Fiona, thanks for dropping by! :) I'm pleased you like my sweater and cowl. Fingerless mitts are a great idea as they work up so quickly don't they. The Xmas tree bunting sounds fab too! I bet that will look great! Have a lovely week! x
Enjoyed watching your podcast as always Catherine ☺️ I’m not making any Christmas gifts for anybody this year 🙈 I very rarely do it anyway as I don’t think people appreciate the work that goes into making handmade gifts. Your Revival Sweater looks fab, I’m glad the ribbing sorted out the back for you ☺️ And I think you will be fine leaving the bobbles off the sleeves of your girls’ sweaters - I know what you mean about them getting in the way. They look like they would be hard to get past coat sleeves 🤔 Take care and have a lovely weekend xx
Hi Emma! Thanks for your lovely comments - I'm pleased you enjoyed the podcast :) Also pleased to hear you think that leaving off the bobbles will be fine, as the more I think about it, the more I think that any (cream!) bobbles on the sleeves would just get grubby and possibly bobbly/fluffed up too, knowing my girls! Hopefully, after Xmas I can crack on and get two jumpers finished. Have a lovely week! xx
