She did an interview once that stood out to me… she said something like “I’m so tired to apologizing for being myself… I’m sick of being sorry that I’m not ugly, I’m sorry my life is not in shambles, im sorry that I have been blessed in my life… blah blah… just let me live” it was so powerful. Sometimes as women we are asked to tone it down a bit and it’s awful…. Let’s just let people live 💜

Looks were fantastic no doubt, but how many times we heard famous people doubt them or complain so the whole look went downgrade after that? I met her husband when I was like 8 years old in San Francisco. He was my first crush and my aunt called and said, "They're filming the Streets of San Francisco" on Market Street. Aging is not being ashamed of your wrinkles, saggy skin and grey hair. Learn to love your age.
