BONUS with crock pot there are no DID i turn off the oven fears ? . it is far safer method of cooking , especialy for seniors on AUTO it simply keeps in a warm mode it start with 3 or 4 hrs on high then kicks over to warm mode. no worries even if on for 8 hrs as i have done it simply drys out no burns or smoke. big tip LOTS of liquid never hurts. as a single guy i cook then freez the left overs for future meals. .
